I’m with you I-R completely agree one thousand percent. Has to be a process & procedure in place and final determinations on these matters rather than leaving open ended!

Synergy has invested lots of money and hired relevant lawyers, plus all the time of course. Big things happening behind the scenes in my opinion.

What is the 90 day rule in Delaware Chancery Court?

Each Justice is obligated to decide all assigned matters within 90 days of submission. If any matter is pending before a Justice beyond 90 days, that Justice must file a report with the Chief Justice by the 10th day of the next month with an explanation for the delay.

This isn’t granting a custodianship or not, $CLHI is already under Synergy umbrella - this is VERY different situation.

A deposition is a statement someone obligated to make by a court proceeding.

I’m under the impression they are putting a petition in, or something along those lines as that’s what they all start with. Actually look at twitter it says a petition. There is a pic of it.

Those are different things (deposition vs petition). I don’t think the judge has a timeline to respond or schedule a hearing.

If you remember when the judge stopped granting custos in Delaware. They sat on Berrys petitions for a very long time before ruling against. I feel like it was 6 - 12 months?

Maybe nothing? Crickets.

Personally, I would assume had to be time limit implemented on decision making by judge/DE SOS…. Has to be system in place, can’t simply be open ended decision making. Makes absolutely no sense in legal system.

Strange that he didn't report this, he certainly wouldn't have found it necessary. In any case, I also find it strange that there is supposedly no deadline, let's hope.

Delaware Chancery Court

(2) Dispositions. Each Justice is obligated to decide all assigned matters within 90 days of

No reason for this to go beyond 90 days, imho

I sent an email to Berry asking if there is a date for a response from the judge, Berry sent that it has been handed over to the judge and there is no time limit.

This is a gamble, no doubt about that… but I am leaning to a favourable outcome.

IMO $CLHI one of best share structures in OTC (& could very well be one or THE highest value OTC GEM in a while!) - MASSIVE potential for right company to step in… & I have feeling synergy has that company lined up.

I have faith Synergy is going to pull this off in grand fashion.

However, always as an investor have to know limits.

My view right now - Folks can either LOAD’EM & HOLD’EM… or sit on sidelines and wait for chase to commence.

If the judge gives a positive answer to what they had to submit, this could well become a gem.

Why? "STANDOUT GEM OF THE OTC"

They can't do a reverse merger because they haven't filed a 15c2-11.

No assets - no revenue.
