CLMPF: effective Nov. 16,2018 Claim Post Resources Inc. will change to Canadian Prem Sand Inc. and a one for 15 reverse split:

Years ago, the price of crude oil spiked up, and gold was down. Mgmt at Claim Post pushed their gold projects to the back burner, and they began to develop a good fracking-sand (silica sand) project.
2017: Crude oil is now down, and gold seems to be holding strong, despite rising interest rates.
Is Claimpost working on their frac-sand mine, or focusing on gold at Timmins ... or both ?
Trading volume in Canada indicates that a positive NR may be pending (?)

Does Claim Post have something brewing ? Maybe some good drill results ? $$$$
iirc, in 2016, they were drilling/exploring an interesting gold prospect on their impressive 'land package' of mining claims near Timmins, Ontario. The Legendary Porcupine Fault Region has produced more than 110 million ounces of Gold.
Or, maybe some kind of positive J/V deal is about to be revealed ?

On Friday (6/9/2017) there was a big spike in volume and price for Claim Post in Canada. TSX Venture Exchange Ticker : CPS
More than 1.6 million shares traded, and the daily high was 10 cents (Canadian).
Meanwhile, back in the USA, CLMPF has a liquidity problem ... no shares have traded in 6 months.
Hopefully, CLMPF will soon trade some shares on the dreaded grey market.
(CLMPF could jump up 3X or 4X from its current .0147 )
Would be great to see them up-list off of the greys ... shareholders should send email to mgmt.
