Community Valley Bank Welcomes Ms. Toni Umphreyville as the Chief Financial Officer

Community Valley Bank (CMUV) (OTCBB: CMUV) announced today that
Ms. Toni Umphreyville has been hired as the bank’s Chief Financial
Officer.
Ms. Umphreyville’s operational and financial management resume
spans over 30 years. Her experience includes serving as both a
Chief Financial Officer and a Chief Operating Officer at other
financial institutions.
Most recently, she was the Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer at First Vietnamese American Bank in Westminster,
California. Prior to this, she was employed at Seacoast Commerce
Bank in Chula Vista, California. There, she also served as the Bank
Secrecy Act and Compliance Officer, Human Resource Officer and
Security Officer.

professional CFO and will be a great fit for Community Valley

Ms. Umphreyville enjoys spending time with her family,
