Thanks for reply, I tend to stay from pennies & I forgot that was part of the QB requirements. I also have a large position and only look at it on occasion, the reason I have held on this year is simply because the company has not continued to add shares through dilution.

You should know the rules of QB. When a company falls under .01 for a period of time they lose their status. Making them just an ordinary stinky pink. I own this and a few others. This one here is pretty dead for now. I’m hoping it goes up to .02 with big volume so I can dump my million shares.

I’m guessing possibly a merger with bigger company? This company owns a lot of technology and a huge patent portfolio! So I don’t think it’s a dud.

They lost QB then whoever started buying everything available…. Strange.

They are talking about synergy in the filings. So basically a whole bunch of companies with the same goal sharing interests and technology collaborating as one? Could there be a merger or buyout??? Anyone……thoughts??

Thing is there really aren’t any buyers or sellers. I believe it’s all be traded between market makers. There hasn’t been a shred of news forever either.

If they don’t have the same rented space, and DR’s or a DR. left, it’s pretty telling that they probably don’t have much left. Not sure what or if they can be saved. Lack of news isn’t what I wanted.

What’s interesting is 3I hasn’t really added shares for a while and it is still only 30M. We were betting on the OS raises in August or so and that’s when it first hit 28M, 2 mil adds in 8 months is pretty low.

Gonna see how low it goes since the .01 break happened and whatever was propping it up before appears to be gone.

Thanks Man, but I f in sold too many shares after that filing because of what happened at abqq.

I should of waited to get a feel for the market reaction and I know you should never buy or sell a huge lot at once.

I noticed right before news hit or the same time there was a big buy with Cbdd and Ilst. That's a sharp investor.

Well GLTU, I’m not expecting much, the whole cannabis sector moved today on that huge news. Not sure these guys are in a position to capitalize on anything other than hype since they’ve never even started Pre-IND meetings with the FDA.

FYI, I’m not holding the stock, just watching because of the curious ability for it to keep the QB required price.

Supposedly had a cannabis based cancer drug called RCC-133. Now they have 2 employees according to the last filing. Israeli based company with an office in at a law firm in Bethesda,MD. Still baffles me why it is over .01 but maybe it will get interesting on the new DEA marijuana scheduling if it gets final approval. GLTU BTR.

Thanks for the reply. I thought about your assessment and decided unless that I'd take some of my shares and put it somewhere else that hopefully has better potential. I've been patient long enough with these guys.

The other day ABQQ had a not so great filing and it crashed. But they PRed in March that revs were booming but ended up reporting lame numbers. Can't trust a chinaman I guess.

I don’t own any, I just follow this stock because I’m highly curious why it has been propped up above .01.

That’s an OTC oddity I’m interested in watching until it finally falls. If it doesn’t it would confirm to me the directors have a deal with the convertible loan holder to keep it above the .01 threshold to retain their OTCQB rating. I’m treating it as a learning experience, nothing more really.

If and when I think it’s worth buying I would, but that is currently not the case IMO.

This company is toast, sorry, they sold the lab according to the filing and only have the 2 officers as employees accumulating salary debt.

All the drugs they pimp haven’t changed. And they still haven’t completed the Phase 1 FDA Pre-IND submission. The can’t afford it.

From filing:

We are currently identifying potential contract research organizations and clinical trial centers to conduct the Phase I/II(a) human proof of concept study, which is estimated to cost $6,500,000. As of the date of this filing, however, the Company does not have sufficient funds to complete the Phase I/II(a) study.

Subject to the results from our Phase I trials, we plan to submit an IND to the FDA for RCC-33 with the clinical protocol for a Phase II double-blind placebo controlled clinical trial evaluating RCC-33 in patients with CRC at various dosing levels versus placebo. The outcomes from the planned Phase II human proof of concept trial will inform our decision regarding further steps in the clinical development of RCC-33.

10-Q out. Very impressive 10-Q as the company has a lot of drugs on the pipeline to start Phase I/II this year (there is one underway in the 1st qtr of 2024). Plus they made a profit in this qtr compared to a big loss in 2023. 2024 is the year for this company. No changes in outstanding shares. Must be the only company with a tiny 31M float and lots of upside potential. Fireworks are about to begin. CNBX

It's amazing the share price remains north of a penny. I think once maybe twice it went south for a minute.

I'm not a fan of penny flippers, that's why otc stocks don't have good runs anymore in my opinion.
