place its InFORM(TM) radiology reporting solution offered by its
subsidiary MedSynTech into the new Ocean Radiology Practice in New
London, Connecticut. Ocean Radiology has purchasedthe InFORM(TM)
diagnostic reporting and practice management solution for its new
state-of-the-art diagnostic facility so that it can efficiently and
cost effectively provide rapid and secure transmission of
diagnostic reports throughout its entire referring physician
