I thought I sold last year but I looked in my Roth ira and still have own this pos stock. I am hoping it goes to 50 cents on a reverse merger of some type. So happy they filed we have a chance.

No doubt! I believe they can spread those loss carryforwards out over 20 years. Tis an amazing way to restart a company if you have a plan going forward.

It looks like the previous company losses of $74,271,070 are being written into the fins as a loss carryforward and can now be used as a type of asset going forward for a certain amount of years. What is that amount of years? Heck if I know, I ain't no lawyer :)

Although, the company does owe the current CEO $250k... so there is that.

I noticed that Covista has been pretty much a dead duck the last few years but is now trying to get Pinksheets current before September 28th. This action probably won't change much unless there is a plan for the company going forward.

I love finding diamonds in the rough and Covista might be worth a couple of bucks as a lottery ticket if they are able to get current.

Covista has had a hard last few years due to a lawsuit from Oorah which was one of their brokers for carrier services up in New York.

Hopefully, this is getting behind them now or at least will be a rounding error of they get some deals under their belt.

No it will not get delisted, at least not based on no filings. They are just a dark pinkie now.

No idea, why do you ask? They updated their OTC info a few years back in order to prevent delisting. Not sure if more is required. Not much action in the stock lately.
