Deutsche Boerse (DB1.XE) said on Tuesday that it will expand its
executive board by one person to six members.
Following the expiring contracts of its members Andreas Preuss
and Jeffrey Tessler, the German exchange operator's nomination
committee will propose three new executive board members, it said,
without naming the specific candidates.
The new members will assume the three future executive board
areas: Post Trading as well as Data and Index Business; Trading;
and the area of a Chief Operating Officer/Chief Information
Officer, the company said.
The supervisory board will discuss the proposed candidates on
Wednesday.
