Deutsche Boerse AG (DB1.XE) said Thursday that executive board member Hauke Stars will leave the company at the end of November next year.

Ms. Stars is now in her second term as member of the executive board of the German stock exchange company and she will leave at her own request when the contract expires, Deutsche Boerse said.

According to the company, Ms. Stars is the head of the division Cash Market, Pre-IPO & Growth Financing and the company's director of labor relations.

The supervisory board hasn't made a decision on who will follow in Ms. Stars's position yet, it said.
