Deutsche Boerse AG said late Wednesday that leasing company Grenke AG will be replaced by online used-car platform Auto1 Group SE on the SDAX, an index of 70 mid- and small-cap companies in Germany.

The German stock-exchange operator said the changes will become effective on May 10.

The next index review is scheduled for June 3.
