Hey Maverick, as far as I can see this is not for sale and is worthless. Reabold is a joke along with daybreak. Cant even buy this on any trading platforms I use, lol.

Or side hustle unreported timber sales - in Corp office Spokane- look where their based- or mining.

Something seems stinky fishy LOL...

Yeah Reabold - woohoo.

Hey JJ LOL - what is going on with this? You think JW has bailed out of this? .0002 yeah kinda crazy. But with all of the dilution - they did - I suspected it wouldn’t hold up but decline. Inevitable. Maybe we should buy the float LOL. It might up end up changing symbols here soon - maybe shell is on market and we end up making toilets in China. It could end up being a reverse merger with company they allegedly bought- ends up buying daybreak.

After all- they were from the UK baby home of the acid tripping Beatles, maybe they disguised it as yeah we’re selling this to you - but really all we needed was an American traded symbol. Shag me baby. So groovy.

Pathetic - this is what this all became. Had potential too. Who knows maybe they do a 1-1000 RS and morphs into JJ’s Oil & Gas.

Jimmy W hope your enjoying playing some red neck golf down there in south texas. Be careful hitting in dem water ponds there cowboy - those gators could get ya someday.

I just went straight from .016 to .0002, never saw anything like it with no volume. I think reabold was the parachute to get jw out, who knows. looks like they dont even want to pay for filing. Maybe jw is selling oil under the table, lol.

Couldn’t agree more. I’m well- doing real well.

.0002 is beyond sad JJ. The financials have looked terrible and it’s imo a real concern as a going concern going forward

Who knows on Reabold - where’s the value in buying or holding onto this? Very strange imo.

Their filings are delinquent and not updated for months now - why is that? That’s never a good look/sign imo for a public traded company. I don’t see the value of..016 before it dropped to .0002.

Wow, Look at the pps, not sure they are in any business, LOL. not sure what happened but .0002? I think dbrm and reabold are both a scam, like I thought for a while. reabold doesnt even have a permanent address that I could find. So sad. Hope you are well.

I’m wondering since Daybreak Corp offices are based in Spokane Wa- in their filings and rare PR’s - if Daybreak Corp is treating this oil biz as separate. Like is this is the only exclusive single entity operating - their oil biz?

Is Daybreak as a corporation, based in Washington State, is it possibly involved in other potential industries - we’re not aware of? Because on the surface - it appears to be through PR’s and filings - it’s only entity is this oil biz, that we all are aware of.

Since it’s based in Northeastern WA- it’s a heavily forested area and plenty of silver/gold mining in the geographical radius within several hundred miles if not thousands sq miles.

Look at the board - look at what other types of business that they are connected to - mining and possibly forestry maybe? Also on south to eastern texas- it’s heavily wooded and into Louisiana and throughout the south to eastern seaboard. It’s heavily timbered - oil is a mineral resource- but I’m curious if the company is into timber or other resources or it’s board. Or silver/gold mining.

I’m seriously wondering if Daybreaks board is indeed mostly into other industries. All we see is this oil biz deal. I’m curious, is if there are other industries connected to this entity that we’re not aware of that are operating. Certainly not implying impropriety - of any sort. But looking at their board - imo they might be involved in other industries. Certainly not a big deal if they are- that’s normal typical.

I mean who is Daybreak exactly? It’s comprised of its board members. Ok so what is that they do in Spokane and surrounding areas?

Timber biz is big biz so is mining.

Hey another question if you see it, Are you in california, I thought you might be. Im in NKLA stock, hydrogen trucks, and apparently the state gave them a 42 million dollar grant as part of a clean energy program, they have partnered with Bosch and got an order for 13 trucks from JB Hunt today, things are happening. I bought a couple thousand at 1.01 about a month back, closed at 2.67 today.

HEY JJ. I haven’t been hardly at all many months in between. Just recently started checking in. Glad you surfaced as I. Yeah not much faith here- it is what it is. Was still holding out a small glimmer they’ll pull this out. Who knows- PR’s on slow drip makes everyone wonder. Thanks for the tip on yield max I’ll check out and yes OLC has risen.

I’m out of DBRM...might get in later if appears their alive and not in the mortuary basement. Too many other plays to invest into. I do have your email.

Cheers!

Hi Maverick, hope all is well with you, Sorry I have not visited the boards in a while. I see they changed Ihub a bit. I still don't have much faith in dbrm with their 1 press release every 3 years.
Hope your divy stocks are doing well, I think you were in olc as am I, its finally going up in pps.
If you are still investing check out yieldmax etfs, there are currently 7 of them yielding from 30 to 70 percent. I am in all 7 but I'm still a little sceptical but over 3 months they are doing pretty well. Maybe you already heard about them. Good luck and I will check back here more often. At one point I had given you my email but not sure if you tried it.

Cool - yeah really hopefully they start drilling - raise production and start getting decent PR’s out. Be nice to see it reach even .05 to .10 cents here in states. It’s sad I’m even talking of those prices per share. I just have been around a long long time here and nothing really occurs let alone increases in PPS.

Hi Maverick

I am just hoping that they can get production up, they have said they were drilling more wells in this half.

Yes mate i am in Cardiff Wales. My mother lives in the states Florida. Where are you living over there ?

Yes i don't go on the boards much either these days. ATB.

Hey Simon

I have been off the board for months - just checked in today.

The dilution on this - is staggering imo along with the OS and massive debts.

When you step back take a look at what it always has been - it is what it is. It’s too bad - still not to late however. Reabold and new production appeared promising.

I’m in the states where are ya, UK?

Hi Maverick
Sorry for late reply have not been on the boards for a while.

No nothing sorry and Daybreak was not mentioned once in the RBD podcast in April but then neither was Parta a large project of theirs in Romania.

We are all just mushrooms to these guys.

Sunflower Alliance Lawsuit and issues regarding a well at the acquired Brentwood property through Reabold - is on hold. CA state Govt is fighting it - was moved into superior court- but who knows.

Pretty much a yawner at only 2 cents - why even have a public traded entity? Sure revs are up but the way company has filings never shows a profit. Add in dilution, what’s next a 3-4/1 reverse spilt? If not possibly more? Don’t know how they’ll get this PPS up organically. Are the shares even worth anything? Throw 2 pennies on ground walk by them - nobody bothers even picking a Penny up- these guys produce oil and stock is worth only 2 stupid cents LOL? Is it even worth a Penny?

Get the paddles JJ, clear the area- hit it- no heartbeat- clear- hit it again. Clear- hit it again.

I’m calling it DOA. Time?

LOL..just joking. Hey it’s just typical Baybreak without any swells.

Why isn’t baybreak owning and operating productive wells outside of CA? This is a texas HQ’d company. But yet says Spokane Wa Corp filings. It’s a strange situation imo.

Trying not to bag on daybreak - I do believe that they can still execute here for shareholders.

But the State of CA is no longer a friendly state for O & G- back 20,30,40, 50,60 + years ago, back then, that was not the case. You know writing is on wall when you see 2 big majors dumping AERA.

It’s just after over 10 + years there has been misfires and as a shareholder I have to move on if they don’t start increasing value here to public shareholders. There isn’t any benefit to continue to hold this - without getting any return of PPS appreciation or dividends.

I truly really want them to make it- same as first day I found it. But...the rare blue moon PR’s and lack of opportunity in PPS appreciation is coming to an end potentially for myself.

I am a patient investor - but it’s imo - not in my best interests financially if nothing comes of this. I hope it does! But, I have only myself to blame for investing in this company. It won’t be their fault - but mine - if by end of 23’ this hasn’t executed and I’m still here. We all make investing decisions and I own my own failures when I invest incorrectly.

I was always a fan of this story here and believed in what their trying to do here. The new geo acquisition was a good move. However- doesn’t mean anything to me as a public shareholder point of view if we don’t make money either.

For me, this isn’t a RUDY type of story here. It’s never been emotional. I just thought it had opportunities to go somewhere in the past. So much time has gone by here. It still does have opportunities to make it - but that’s something they have to do execute as a Corp - not us as shareholders. But EOY- I think that’s ok to give them more time to secure permits and drill.

If not - it’s finally bon voyage on the SS Daybreak for myself and I’ll be out by EOY 23’ sadly I might add.

I have to agree with you this company is a trainwreck.

I can not understand why RBD allowed the T/O they would have been better off just walking away from Cali and just writing the whole thing off.

I’ve been in Oxford quite awhile. I usually acquire dividend stocks that trade under $5 but if I like the company - I’ll move up to no more than $6-7 range. As an investor one can acquire more shares the cheaper they are and start building up passive income faster, higher. Glad your in and congratulations - and upon your coming retirement!!!
👍️0
maverick one maverick one 2 years ago
Yeah I gave up on this long ago, it’s possible they may not pull off anything with permits between now and EOY 23’ -if not- I’ll unload by then.

Smart move on getting out at .05, I’ve always invested into bonafide legit companies that distribute great divs to its shareholders- excellent for passive income. I usually acquire monthly dividends- with less quarterly types. That’s a great move and keep on buying stocks with divs JJ- congrats!

The story here really isn’t one and never really was. After over a decade+. Had earmarks of potential imo, but faltered and has sunk in PPS as we know tremendously. IMO- I just don’t see the company becoming a big player in CA energy markets with governor calling for a complete ban on new drilling in 2030’s. It’s a tiny tiny outfit, compared to the majors- saddled with far to much debt imo.

The OS, could very well be too high now imo. Where is the value for a thinly traded non liquid micro teeny weeny Penny stock?

CA regulations strangle oil/gas companies. Majors shell/Exxon dumped thousands of wells in October in CA in a company called Aera for billions to a German Corp. The oil and gas future in CA, isn’t a bright long term investment nor a wise one imo/ when the state of ca government doesn’t support it.

Doesn’t surprise me imo, it’s been rumored this company has been delayed in getting permits. But if they do, ok what’s their plan, how does that actually translate to public shareholders stock rising?

I just don’t see how this can rise - unless they secure those permits and actually drill 1-2 wells and increase BOE with higher producing wells further up the 5 from their kern play. If they choose imo, to just get permit for a kern well or two- how does that benefit bottom line and create potential new shareholders to create any serious interest here or a rise in PPS?

Wouldn’t it be wiser to drill new wells in higher producing more lucrative recently acquired CA leases further north of kern? Where cash flow will increase much more $ rather quickly?

If this turns out to be their just going to same old same old routine in kern - I’ll likely be selling eventually. This has to start moving to keep my interest and money invested any longer. End of year 23’ that’s it for me.

Took a decent position this week in PFLT paying 11 percent monthly divies and a larger position in OXLC paying 15.49 percent monthly. pps 5.75. Speculative for sure but not as bad as dbrm, lol. Been working on getting my passive income up before retirement. Added a bunch of other tickers as well all from 7 to over 20 percent. nice seeing cash going into the account so often, older and wiser I think.
I thought maybe I was wrong in selling the dbrm at .05ish level but it kept dropping and as usual, they have done nothing but raise the O/S to a huge number. reabold and dbrm = scam imo

Got to be real careful when reading PR’s and interpretation of them and speculating in the pinks/otcs JJ. Be better off imo, buying some wood and make $10-15 birdhouses and flip them. I can see JJ Woods Birdhouses. Com taking off and flying the coop brother.

I traditionally buy established companies trade from $2-6.50 range that pay decent divs on monthly/quarterly basis consistently. This was always speculative, highly. After more than 10+ years it’s one of those things that you look at and think bummer wtf was I thinking , maybe someday LOL.

Even the kern field how much do they actually own the % isn’t it like only 1/3’rd or something like that? I’ll be long gone here in 23’ if they don’t get this together.

JJ- strange isn’t it all? We have given this so so much time. Send me privately your email ok, thanks bud.

It’s a crap shoot here- but after all these years- it’s kind of been a major disappointment, year after year after year. One would think 10+ years ago we’d be way over .50-1.50 by now.

Here it is...less than .03. No bueno. I think I’m going to hold it for awhile longer- but I’m moving onto potential oil gas plays in pinks/otcs, that are more promising. Not upset- it was a gamble when first found this.

I found possible another gas oil play- that trades under .50-65 that actually pays dividends. GFSKY...it’s foreign.

Afternoon chaps.

A bit of good news.

A poster contacted Reabolds PR company and asked a few questions. One of which was have Daybreak got the licenses for the water disposal wells and permits for further wells to be drilled and the answer was yes. so i am not sure why neither Reabold and Daybreak are not bothering to update their sites or notify shareholders. Perhaps capital should be raised and buy into other industries and maybe form a spinoff for shareholders. After this many years - it’s really frustrated a lot of good people who believed and took a shot with investing here. Been better off with a money market account LOL.

Kern hasn’t to date, imo, equaled success for any long term green in shareholders trading accounts. Imo it’s been like riding a horse into the desert and got lost with no water and you see a mirage out on horizon.

Drilling a couple more holes in kern how does that financially benefit the investors that hold common stock shareholders? How will that raise pps and keep it up? Where’s the new blood shareholders flocking in and sticking around? We just don’t see anything here- like where’s the plan Stan?

Something imo really fundamentally should change here with this shell - either new leadership at top, different industries, do something Jesus C.

If this doesn’t pan out after permits issued, and sustainable green pps in trading account / I’ll be finally out the door here in 23’. It just won’t be worth imo waiting any longer - Thats if I can sell off and there’s a market and not trapped having to hold it.

The lack of liquidity and lack of volume has long been a serious issue here imo.

Perhaps daybreak may possibly want to or should diversify into other industries - such as lumber, mining and not just o & g.

Heard dabbling of some form of timber/lumber can be pretty lucrative. IMO- it might be time to start branching out into other forms of industries than just O & G. Imo something needs to occur, to stimulate assets and income rather than just doing this. Bc this hasn’t been working for too many years now imo.

Gold, silver, platinum, lead, zinc there are numerous other industries to diversify into- timber is a highly lucrative potential entity that can easily be started as an added income stream to DBRM.

I don’t see why the BOD, shouldn’t start to look at the direction of DBRM, and maybe start to think new directions and industries might be a good move here.

Maybe one of the frustrated long timers should just buy a OTC pink shell start their own company LOL. Or create a blank check company and say hey we can do this too, but with better results to shareholders.

It can be - a few of us have been around this for a really long long time, like 10+ years. Nothing gets done in a hurry usually. Lack of news is the standard here. The CA deal, imo, it’s been a real trying situation for common shareholders going back many many years. Before that, the company was in a different friendly O & G southern state and it was a different situation for common shareholders of common stock.

From a common shareholder viewpoint, to date, since the acquisition of the Kern property- at first it was an ok, on the surface, type of promising potential- to over period of years - it just petered out with not much communication over years. There was a stock promotion about 11-13 years ago I think - not sure where PPS went up in .30 range for a bit.

But other than that- this has never really taken off. It’s been dying off, stretching back years ago, in the PR department - not many -without hardly anything positive movement in pps that’s sustained yet. Charts tell a story.

You just have to when you look at DBRM, understand the operating of the company and how they do things. It is not for everyone as an investor. They walk to a different drum.

Now - as on O & G- is there a little potential from an extremely small producer - yeah somewhat. I don’t think this will ever be a $10 stock or upgrades to any higher exchange at least anytime soon that is.

Might very well always be on OTC, and may never pan out either. I think there might be a little upside potential someday - in range of .10-.15 if they actually can execute. Maybe higher later - but I don’t see how they can get the pps up considerably to .30-.50 range, by a drill bit without some form of RS and positive news.

So I suspect common shareholders are bored and ran off out of here, I’m very wary of all of the potential of a future RS. I suspect, imo, that’s why this place is and has been a morgue for years. We’ll see. Has little upside, but maybe not much as one thinks or imagined can occur. We just don’t know.

Let’s say they get permits - ok they finally announce they drill, and it wakes up-a tiny short amount in pps and time, then dies off again with zero PR’s - well how will filings look as a going concern? They have debt and operate in perpetual neg in filings.

I just think this pps, I’m surprised it’s still around and trades at even .02 I’m very surprised it’s not sub Penny at times. Wait snd see on that LOL.

We’ll see - had potential many years ago - maybe still has a slight potential for something to actually come of this. Just drilling a few wells won’t imo create anything here long term green growth for Penny stock shareholders - without much sustained trading volume and lack of new shareholders interest- we will need more activity that we’ve seen in 12+ years to say ok, they finally did it.

There is potential upside, opportunity to grow geo regionally and actually grow in reserves - which could increase value to stay in this for a common shareholder. However/ they need to actually execute to do that and keep BUSY doing their part- for that to occur.

To be a common shareholder here- is and can be a very slow walk and I have compared it personally, at times is if i can imagine myself driving down a road seeing a very old man on side of street, with a walker, barely moving their feet. You drive back by 5 years later, guy still in same place.

But imho, this company might be better off in a friendlier O & G state besides the companies footprint to stay in just CA. Looking at current stock price - I think that spells it out for a shareholder/ things need to change.

Going to take more time, permit wise is what you heard. Who knows, might receive them before EOY 23’ possibly - it is after all CA. Land of the libs and ban on gas car new sales down the road. Even though there isn’t enough electrical infrastructure in place to facilitate.

Starting to think after all these years- maybe this CA deal for daybreak hasn’t really ever panned out and might be better off in oil friendly states where culture is O & G and other plays in TX, OK, KS, ARK, LA...etc.

It really is maddening.

The world is in the grip of recession and an energy crisis and you have these little tin pot gods procrastinating.

Happy New year all. Lets hope this year is better than the last.

Are they going to even grant permits? Be nice to hear that from the company - like they expect to and working on it type of deal. The lack of PR’s at times, is a black hole. If there’s one thing the company can really improve on, in 2023, is more official PR’s and communicate.

That’s a bummer, no permits and it’s already into January 23’.

But I’m really glad your still here and we’re hanging tight still. Thanks for the news.

Cheers Mr Brett Maverick.

I think RBD will come good over the next 12-18 months just been a long frustrating journey, plenty of gas and oil discovered they just need to package it up and sell on.

There are similarities between Daybreak and Reabold resources both have dire PR and also both seem to have a lack of urgency.

I hope it comes good over here for everyone i might buy a few of these as a punt and put them in the bottom draw.

One thing though you would think that the local authorities would fast track all these permits from oil and gas companies considering the current economic climate.

Cheers mate.

I have briefly scanned through that before, but just had a good read, their main problems do appear to be these permits for the water disposal wells, if they can get those sorted it would free up a lot of cash for new drills.

Hello Simon and welcome

I have no information whatsoever what daybreak has been doing as of late- other than observing the PR’s like everyone else.

Sorry hear you hold a lot of RBL- I truly hope that works out for you and here as well.

I keep hoping we see someday a PR or several discussing the drilling campaign they alluded to and maybe positive results that may come from any activity.

Cheers
