All's quiet on the eastern front I guess. DLOC bulls and bears have all quieted down. Buying and selling is at a standstill. Looks like a good time to buy to me. I will when I get there.

Hope you’re right DD. It’s a race to the tech and a race to produce a prototype. Any news on that and proof of it and this thing starts trading to literally over $0.01-0.03 overnight on the buzz. Right now there’s low volume either way and people I suspect are holding what they have (like me).

In the past they would say we are working on… could this be only mistake or reflective of where they are?

It’s only matter of time before the next update and good volume and a solid move back to .003-.004 area as we await the real big developments here. If we do break .004+ - I will be very intrigued as they round Mean we appear close to substantial news here.

I do think all of that is coming here as this team in place will produce a Prototype.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part, but the bid and the ask seem to be running closer together. That hopefully will encourage retail buying. If someone wants to limit their losses, it will obviously be easier if the bid and the ask are closer to each other. (DUH !!) 🤣

The numbers seem to be signaling a firming in the price. After I pay the second installment of my house taxes, I think I will start adding as well. If anyone watches carefully, they will realize that DLOC is one hell of a touchy stock. Any real buying volume at all and "Katie bar the door".

These are the times of holding a stock that really test the resolve of an investor.

Screw it I'm going against what I said and not buying anymore. Have gambling money sitting in my account just for the otc. Been looking around for other plays but it's either regurgitated tickers from the past or flat out junk haha

At this point, it's one hell of a touchy stock. Any buying pressure at all and there will be a substantial increase in price.

Obviously, from the messages on this board, I think it's safe to assume that there are technological problems to be worked out yet, and hopefully Satenna will fill that gap.

Unless you are flipping for sub cents gains, this is a micro stock gamble that you put into the sock drawer and forget about it and pull it out a few years down the road, why?

What is Satenna?
It is an antenna that with software will be placed in to a cell phone, which will hopefully receive and transmit hi speed wifi data to a satellite network.

Why put it in the sock drawer now?
Because even if Satenna was ready today the low obit satellite network needs to be build in order for Satenna to have real value.

What is the one Red Flag of owning DLOC now?

By the time the the low orbiting satellites network are in place, who knows what advances will be made in the Cell Phone to Satellite communications.

One has to believe if SpaceX and other large companies are investing billions to set up a low orbit satellite network to provide cell service and wifi across the globe they are also investing billions developing the receivers and transmitters to access those satellites .

TOO MUCH UNDER THE HOOD here and the bottom looks to being here anyway. IMO- this should rise back up to .002-.003+ pps and the next substantial news we have a chance to see .004+ (depending on fundamental).

The reality is- if we get prototype model - that’s a very substantial fundamental and I definitely agree we will break .0045 pps+ on that. This stock is so thin and no dilutive overhang making it retail friendly imo.

I think the difference between digital locations and other companies , is that DLOC is making modifications on the cell phone side . The technology will be a chip , or a frequency modulator so that calls wont be dropped or have bad interference from obstacles such as weather , location , smog , numerous different challenges for FIU to solve. Even issues from hackers or terrorists all need to be examined..Rich..

Some of the problems with using satellites to deliver broadband internet to unmodified cell phones are that a clear view of the sky is required and it only works in areas where there is minimal radio interference from cell towers. Users of unmodified cell phones will have to switch back and forth between internet service from cell towers and internet service from satellites in areas where there is no coverage from cell towers. The goal of Satenna is to “finally make it possible for the wireless industry to offer high-speed Internet service from satellites directly to smartphones anywhere in the world, indoors and outdoors with no dead zones and no cell towers.”

Agreed. I'm looking at the 'Time to market' and the time to a prototype.

The uncertainty at this point is not helpful. Last Friday's action and the buying/selling action of late has helped my confidence, though. One can see if they watch the market action carefully that someone may be buying all the low-priced stock up and then "voila", we have a big run and they make a killing. .0016 seems to be the support level.

There are multiple ways to bring internet to device.

The likes of SpaceX and BlueOrigin will be able to launch Satellites of their own and make the LEO satellite antenna beam (Starlink) directly to phones similar to what, in todays world, we receive signals from base station antenna directly to our phones. (device-antenna-satellite-antenna-device)

There will be the likes of T-Mobile, ATT who may/will contract with Digitallocations to provide their specific phones with device side chip to access any satellite for internet data (device-satellite-antenna/device)
OR
Phone manufacturing companies like Samsung, Sony, Apple, google will incorporate digitallocations technology. (device-satellite-antenna/device)

DigitalLocations will generate money by licensing their technology.

YES, my concern is about "TIME to MARKET" $DLOC should prove with prototype in quick order so that we do not loose momentum of people adopting this new tech or else they might go to Startlink first.

I don't mean this as an affront to you Tom-t or anyone else. I'm just wondering out loud when I ask the question: Do we know for a fact that Satenna will be a vital part of the whole phone to satellite internet connection, or will it be needless technology? I am assuming that there are issues and kinks in the current technology that DLOC and Satenna are trying to fix and provide solutions for. Otherwise, RB and FIU wouldn't be spending all this time on it.

I've seen talk and posts on other websites about satellites being launched and having the capability to, in very short order, the ability to provide internet connection to cell phones without any modifications to those cell phones. If my memory serves me right, that post that I just spoke of was on "X", aka Twitter.

As always, all of your comments and information are welcome. Glad to be a part of this DLOC family. Maybe this last Friday was just the beginning of a major run.

I really don't believe that .0045 is going to be the 52 week high here. Berliner has put a ton of time and energy into this project along with FIU. I honestly believe that we will see the prototype model very soon. Cmon Rich. We need more than You Tube Clips. Make us all believers. We need a Huge volume day here ! Very thin both ways .

I hear you. I'm at my threshold with this one. I'm not adding more right now. While the price is cheap, my 'risk vs reward' line has been met.

Yes-I think we are due for another $DLOC

We have seen him time and time again start to feed us updates one after another after we waited a good month or 6 weeks or so.

I have a feeling we are getting close to another slew of updates. We’re literally seeing 1-4mil of retail vol a day. It’s literally 1-2 people selling to move to something else and those shares are being taken by stronger hands.

I don’t care about the day to day as much but obviously no one wants to see a continued downtrend. I think that stop over the next few sessions. IMO- Updates are going to come and excite the shareholder base again and these two weeks will look like major pps share discounts since we spent move of the year from .002-.004 pps so far on the updates that came in Feb and March.

I thought my .002s average was safe. Now I'm reconsidering and wanting to add if the 001s hang around for awhile. Issue is tho I have some uncertainty doing so being its pretty much going to be all or nothing for dloc and do I want to sit on more dead $s when I could put it elsewhere hoping it pays off there 1st. Decisions I suppose

The thing about this 'tech' unlike a pharmaceutical where you're waiting years for development via R&D and clinical trials, I think we have a 'few years' to months. Someone else I'm sure is trying to solve the same issues/problems. You've got to think that they have to produce a working prototype by 2024 or early 2025.

Thx DD. I was in a ‘load and hold’ mode but now I’m just holding. I’ve got the time to wait but I know that there’s a race to the technology. I, like you hope Rich and co are able to get to the prototype stage this year sometime. News of that will make the pps soar.

While I understand your point obviously - and respect it - you and I both know that the sheer transition of this company from research stage to prototype (developmental stage) will translate into a significantly higher pps than current.
I think they are very close to prototype and 2024 will be working prototype.
I think you are also right that Rich will likely see the $$ once he reaches that stage and goes for a solid deal where the company/technology was purchased outright or even a JV arranged using the FIU research and IP to solve the issues related to Satenna.

IMO- the stock has proven that it can withstand it all. They have zero interest in diluting it. They are trying to build shareholder value to do exactly what you suggest. Solve it first or get it to a point where it can be bought by someone who can solve it first :).

We both share cautious optimism. I will continue to hold my shares here. They are ALL in the profit after putting my money where my mouth was - and doubling my position last November and December- (grabbing .0006/.0007’s) - I sold those already to free ride the rest of my stack 6 months later. So I feel rewarded already for believing in Rich and the TEAM AT FIU!

It’s an easy hold for me - and one that I will never get blinded by the light. The last story stock that I held / that had this similar share structure- skyrocketed to .02 + pps on its own merit. So it’s defintely worth the wait to watch this develop IMO.

If they were diluting heavy like so many stocks in the OTC- it would definitely would Be hard to hold but that’s just not the case. It’s actually one of the pluses here imo.

LAST THOUGHT- I am glad we discussed this since I didn’t see it fall to .0012 and someone grabbed a decent chunk. That was a great example of how loose the box is here. There isn’t much overhand and all it needs is steady information flow and a strong BID develops. I actually would add more here at .001-.0012. And just put in a little bid just in case it actually got sold down to a spot it has held for nearly 7 months.

I want to share your optimism but for a company like this and their product, time may not be on their side. It’s as I’ve said before it’s a race to the technology. Someone could beat them to it. I think the best chance for us is that Rich is bought out by a company that’s on the verge of solving the tech problems related to Satenna or using the FIU research to get to the finish line. We need a working prototype. If they’re as close as you say then great.

If they wait until fall for something to break, that would be OK with me. I'd still like to buy a little more. But thanks for your words of encouragement Tom t.

I just have to keep telling myself that there are always some "investors" involved with a stock that really don't know what they are doing. They also seem to be unable to hold a stock for any length of time, even for a prolonged period when they are actually at a net loss. Quick profit is all they want. Then when things don't go as planned, they sell and bring the rest of us down with them.

But now when I put a buy order in, as so many of you probably have caught on to in your own trading, I purposely set the buy price lower than market. Then when the "yahoos" sell, or when the MMs manipulate the price downward, I can have a nice little "favor" in my account.

$DLOC- Nice point but might I add-

They are far closer than most and the latest S-1 presented intriguing plans and use of IP to do just that. I feel strongly here that we will at least be rewarded with a matriculated PPS to make this investment or trade worthy.
Obv it would then take substance and merit on company end to maintain that.

I’m looking forward to the next strong retail buying volume day. IMO- A few days strong together and we are testing the blue sky.

It’s always bizarre to see someone sellout a position in that manner but to each their own. This one will be back in .002’s in a session or two and back trending toward .003+ pps.

There is so much to like here for a developmental state company that the current pps value vs structure presents incredible upside here.

There connection to FIU and inherently the public is also a reason I feels strongly that we will see some solid fundamentals that will increase share price and allow us to become rewarded for our early entry. I have been here for nearly 2 years and I have no reason to leave now. If anything - they are growing their IP and value and not diluting. To me- that excellent management for this type of corp.

The next fundamental has to be close - the trend to come out with several news events one after another. I imagine we could test 52 week highs at that point.

Why are they investing in it if it has limited ability? I would guess they think it can be made better..but haven't looked into it.

Having one's own satellites is a huge differentiator.

I own DLOC, see it as a long shot, but still might happen..Just trying to keep an open mind here.
