Erste Group Bank AG said Friday that Peter Bosek is stepping down as chief executive of Erste Bank Oesterreich and from the group's management board.

The Austrian banking group said Mr. Bosek will leave Dec. 31 after 24 years at Erste and that it will update on a successor in due course.

Mr. Bosek will become CEO at Luminor Bank AS, Erste says.
