(OTCBB: GSEN) announced Tuesday that the Company's board of directors of GSEN declared a dividend of 7 cents a share, payable on October 24, 2008 to shareholders of record on October 17, 2008. GS EnviroServices intends to pursue business opportunities in the environmental and alternative energy fields, and said it will provide timely announcements on such developments.

GSEN closed on Tuesday at $0.108, up 0.097.

Etelcharge.com (OTCBB: ETLC), a company that provides online shoppers the ability to charge approved transactions to their telephone bill, announced Tuesday that in conjunction with custom support solutions provider, McCusker & Company, LLC, it has become a Master Reseller to sell extended warranty agreements to independent HVAC utility contractors in the US and Canada.

ETLC closed on Tuesday at $0.014.

Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTCBB: IMDS), developer of a revolutionary breast imaging device to aid in the detection and management of breast cancer, announced Tuesday that its distributor, The Oyamo Group, had place an order for the first CT Laser Mammography System (CTLM�) for Jerusalem, Israel. The Company said the CTLM system will be placed in the prestigious hospital Hadassah, located in the heart of Jerusalem.

IMDS closed on Tuesday at $0.023.
