Advent is in ENGLAND where they have been developing protocols for Flaskworks. It did not make any sense to develop protocols in the US and another country considering the available funding. IMO.

I think Chuck just can't believe the Republicans, many of whom he's known and worked with for decades, are committed to follow Trump into a dictatorship for the country. He literally couldn't bring himself to say "civil war", though at one point it was clearly what he was thinking.

Yep... No longer on the B3 exchange. Seems the Brazil regulators had an issue with accounting. Something along the lines of mining asset valuation on the books. Maybe the FinCapital stuff?? North Bay Resources reports high-grade copper results from Feb 2025 exploration at Copper Island
North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to unveil the latest exploration results from the company’s Copper Island Project, following a comprehensive rock sampling program conducted in February 2025. The program targeted eight outcrops within the Pomeroy 1-3, Beaver, and Copper Bell zones, yielding highly promising results. According to Lazerson, assay results revealed copper concentrations as high as 5.69%, along with silver reaching 1 ounce per ton and vanadium at 0.22%. The average assay values stood at 4.6% copper, 0.5 ounces per ton silver, and 0.9% vanadium, further underscoring the project’s potential. Additionally, metallurgical testing indicated that copper mineralization exists in oxide form up to 74.4%, with average oxide copper content of 40.3%, 42.1%, and 58.4% across three different leach tests. This is a crucial finding, as copper in oxide form is typically associated with lower processing costs and higher recovery rates, enhancing the project's economic viability. The Pomeroy 3-4 Zone, one of the most significant areas of interest, exhibits mineralization over a strike length of approximately 750 feet—making it the largest of the numerous copper-silver zones identified to date. The mineralization is associated with a northwest-to-north-trending sequence of amygdaloidal basaltic flows, with key east-west to east-northeast-south-southwest cross-cutting fault and fracture zones contributing to the structural complexity. Multiple parallel mineralized zones have also been identified, further expanding the project's exploration potential. With these encouraging results, North Bay Resources continues to advance its exploration efforts, positioning the Copper Island Project as a compelling opportunity in the copper and critical minerals sector. #proactiveinvestors #northbayresourcesinc #otc #nbri #PlatinumConcentrate #NorthBayResources #MiningNews #CaliforniaGold #JaredLazerson #GoldRush #ProactiveInvestors #PreciousMetals #

Frontier IP investee GraphEnergyTech discusses solar panel collaboration
GraphEnergyTech CEO Dr Thomas Baumeler discussed a collaboration with the Taiwan Perovskite Solar Corporation, Taiwan’s prestigious Industrial Technology Research Institute and the University of Cambridge. The project is supported by an Innovate UK grant worth nearly £900,000. Known as GETPSC (Graphene Electrode Technology for Perovskite Solar Cells), Baumeler explained that current solar cells rely on expensive silver electrodes, which degrade when in contact with Perovskite Solar Cells. GraphEnergyTech, a Frontier IP Group PLC (AIM:FIPP) portfolio company, aims to replace these with graphene-based electrodes, offering a more stable and cost-effective alternative. "Graphene is one of the most interesting materials out there," he said, highlighting its durability and lower cost compared to silver. Perovskite Solar Cells are considered the next major advancement in photovoltaics due to their efficiency and simpler manufacturing process. However, industrial-scale adoption has been hindered by the lack of a viable nonmetallic electrode—something GraphEnergyTech aims to solve. Baumeler also noted that GraphEnergyTech is working on replacing silver electrodes in traditional silicon-based solar cells while exploring applications for its conductive carbon-based technology in batteries, supercapacitors, and electronics. Charbone Hydrogen partners with ABB to develop 15 green hydrogen facilities in North America
Charbone Hydrogen Chief Operations Officer Daniel Charette joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with ABB, marking a significant step toward scaling green hydrogen production across North America. The agreement outlines plans to develop up to 15 modular and scalable hydrogen production facilities over the next five years, targeting industries that currently rely on grey hydrogen, such as steelmaking and heavy industrial processes. Under the MoU, ABB will serve as Charbone’s preferred supplier for modular electrical substations (eHouses), providing design, engineering, fabrication, and testing. ABB will also assist in standardizing core engineering systems across Charbone’s project portfolio to enhance energy efficiency and reliability. Depending on project needs, ABB may also take on automation, electrification, and telecom roles. One of the first projects in this collaboration is Charbone’s flagship Sorel-Tracy facility, located near Montreal, Québec. Expected to be connected to the Hydro-Québec grid by Q2 2025, the facility will utilize hydroelectric power to run green hydrogen electrolyzers, creating a scalable model for future sites. Following this, Charbone’s next project will be in the greater Detroit area, a key hub for automotive manufacturing. This initiative aligns with the Government of Québec’s Green Hydrogen and Bioenergy Strategy, which aims to reduce petroleum consumption by nearly 1 billion liters annually by 2030. By promoting green hydrogen adoption in key industrial sectors, the province could cut greenhouse gas emissions by 4 megatons of CO₂ per year—equivalent to removing 1.2 million gasoline-powered vehicles from the roads. With its partnership with ABB and government-backed initiatives supporting clean energy, Charbone Hydrogen is positioning itself as a leader in North America’s transition to sustainable hydrogen solutions. #proactiveinvestors #charbonehydrogencorportion #tsxv #ch #ot

PT Asset Management CEO Sean Dranfield on 'shape management' strategy for bond ETFs
PT Asset Management CEO Sean Dranfield takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the firm's approach to bond investing and the Performance Trust Total Return Bond UCITS ETF (ISE:PTAM). Dranfield explained the concept of "shape management," a mathematical method designed to balance bond investments across different interest rate environments. Unlike traditional passive ETFs, this actively managed bond fund aims to provide a steady total return by combining offensive and defensive bonds. Dranfield highlighted that active management has historically outperformed in the bond market and shared insights into key holdings, including interest-only bonds, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and taxable municipal bonds. He also explained why US bonds offer unique defensive benefits for European investors, particularly in uncertain rate environments. The discussion covered the fund’s investment strategy, top-performing bond sectors, and how PT Asset Management differentiates itself through quantitative-driven decision-making.
