ESTeem Wireless Modems Announces FCC & Industry Canada Type Acceptance of 195M Wireless Modem

, dba ESTeem Wireless Modems, has been
granted type acceptance by the Federal Communications Commission
(FCC) in the U.S. and in Canada on their newest, licensed narrow
band wireless modem. The ESTeem 195M was designed for the Water,
Wastewater and other SCADA industrial markets operating in the 150
to 174 MHz frequency range. The ESTeem 195M provides low throughput
Ethernet, Serial (RS232/422/485) and 4 Channel (4/20mA) Sensor
interfaces for industrial automation and control system hardware.

design in a cabinet and outdoor pole mountable package. The 195M's
integral Digi-Repeating feature allows simple implementation of
large wireless networks over large geographical areas in a
competitively priced product," states Tom Kirchner, President, The
Model 195M has multiple modes of operation allowing a single radio
to operate as a Master, Repeater or Remote through programmable
selection to reduce system spares and is compatible with our legacy
192 Series products.
