June M. Nichols, a senior official during the Reagan and Bush Administrations as Deputy Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), will assume the position as Secretary/Treasurer and Director of E'Prime Aerospace Corporation's Board of Directors. As Deputy Director of the SBA, Nichols directly managed a $300 million operating budget, supervised a workforce exceeding 4,000 and liaised and negotiated with the U.S. Congress on behalf of the White House.
