I think you will still get only $4.90 for the token. And the difference ($3.60) goes to the company profits.
Depending on the time you sell, you will have generated grains.
The later you sell, the more grains you will own.
I assume these will be sold and credited to your account

We get 25% share of profit if cycle rate = 5-10 days. Only 20% if cycle rate = 12-15 days.

Company will not buy any tokens -- Company will identify, market and sell to a potential Buyer and within 14 days it will close the transaction.

There should be a clause in the Private Placement Memorandum. That you can't guarantee a buyer. Can you check?
