Disclosure.
On April 11, 2023, Entrepreneur
Universe Bright Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has uplisted from the OTC Pink Sheets
and to the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”). The uplisting application has been approved by OTC Markets Group Inc., and the
stock commenced trading on the OTCQB starting on April 11, 2023. The Company's common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol
"EUBG" at this time. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
