George Sharp - your hero, screwed up his court testimony when trying to save his custodianship. He even cursed in court and lost his temper several times to the point of the judge having to warn/reprimand him. Plus, just like GVSI (and most likely all his shells), Sharp screwed his shareholders.

Sharp gained control of GVSI legally through the courts - not through hijacking them as you so often falsely accuse him of doing - but unfortunately GVSI is a dirty shell because of its missing audited financials from 2008 - 2013. Sharp did some astoundingly sloppy DD and now he can't and won't be able to clean GVSI up. The SEC documentation proves that - so does the SEC/FINRA not approving GVSI's corporate actions after 8 weeks so far when it usually takes only between 3 - 4 weeks.
