Everlert, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC:EVLI), has obtained its third client for its consulting group that offers financial structuring and strategic planning services. The latest addition of a third consulting client allows the Company to utilize its management capabilities in the same way that it works with its Entertainment and Real Estate projects. The new clients also provide an additional source of revenue to support the current quarter operations.

Everlert's consulting group was formed based on the expertise of its management in working with mid-market and large corporations over the past several years. Each of these new client relationships draws on management's expertise for various financial consulting services including financial reorganization, strategic financing, capital restructuring, and strategic planning. The clients are also a possible target opportunity for an equity participation or buyout position for Everlert.

Everlert's newest consulting client is Celebrity Soul Food Buffet LLC. Everlert has been retained by this restaurant chain to assist in identifying new locations throughout Southern California, as well as a restructuring the restaurant's operations to increase revenue and profitability. Utilizing Everlert's celebrity contacts and the Company's experienced consulting team, and financing partners in the same way Everlert endeavors to work with all of its consulting clients, the Company hopes to help Celebrity Soul Foods achieve its short term and long-term operating goals.
