I don’t think there is too many shares available. I’ll keep orders in daily and see what happens but I doubt I’ll get that many shares.

10k shares at 006 return in the teens or higher is a nice trade profit swing. Imagine .60+ or higher.. $60 to $6k..

Yep, Sub .01 shares are a major gift. There isn't much available, or shares the MMS are willing to part with. Quarterlys should be finishing or finished. Could drop at anytime....

I wouldn’t put too much into the shares that traded today as it was all mine. I tried several times to get some at .0008 with no luck so raised the bid to .004 and got like 400 so rather than waste the 10$ trade on 400 shares I modified it late in the day to .0006. So I guess the one thing is in Canada we definitely can still trade the stock.

Just the beginnings here...

The shares are so nominal that I actually believe they are mm cues on open. Been watching the nominal prints throughout the em. It'll be a big grab at open eh?

Should have Quarterlys filed soon. I'm hopeful to see everything buttoned uo before the November 14th timeline. Teens and higher expected before years end.

A letter to shareholders definitely would be a nice gesture. If we go back to when they first lost QB status wasn’t it because they couldn’t produce audited financials? That’s a year ago. They’ve had a lot of time. And even if those are a big hold up why not at least put out quarterly’s and say we’re working on the annual audits still?

I'm sure there's an ongoing audit. If there's issues and concerns regarding recent acquisitions or previous book keeping, that'll require time for restatements.
A letter to shareholders on the process and timelines would have been nice to have. Maybe they will??

Well they missed the 3rd quarter goal for filing. Hope they communicate their intentions soon. I'll post if they do.

You are not permitted to put in an order to purchase. Mandated by the sec on all u.s. brokerages. Beyond the pale ridiculous and criminal IMO.

You can only sell. You cannot purchase. More retail screws from our fabulous Sec. So the MMS provide traders with the ultimate expert screw job. If permitted I would be buying at substantially higher levels.

You can’t buy or sell in the US? I didn’t realize there was a suspension there. I can put in orders in Canada still. They don’t fill but can put them in.

Okay I'll play along. First off I've only posted their responses to me emails. I don't believe anybody is able to purchase shares on the em, at least in the u.s. maybe Canadian but I know I can't.
As for your holdings and post bias, highly skeptical on both. But hey, I really don't care either way.

Oh I’m sure they want to regain compliance. When things take way longer than they should there is usually a good reason. Or bad reason. And ya I’m pretty invested here at just under 2000000 shares. So of course I want them to get current. It’s just that I’ve been through this before and you’ve been pumping since the first notice of late filing. Why pump? Just wait till it happens if it happens. Why try get others in the same shit as your in?

Seriously though, why wouldn't they want to regain compliance? There's zero benefits to not filing. They own 90+% of the shares. Anybody in their right thinking would see that. Just my take.
