FLST FuelStream Inc (CE)

SUNRISE, FL--(Marketwired - Jun 19, 2014) - Fuelstream, Inc. (OTCQB: FLST) ("Fuelstream" or the "Company"), a worldwide reseller of Aviation Jet fuel, plans to release sales numbers from fueling sales and services for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014 by mid-July. The Company also plans to post sales and service figures for the five months ended May 31, 2014 sometime next week. In its most recent 10-Q filed on May 20, 2014, the Company reported net revenues of $47,414 during the three months ended March 31, 2014 and cost of sales of $36,338. Fuelstream anticipates filing complete results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014 in a report on Form 10-Q sometime in mid to late August.

Fuelstream has been serving as the U.S. representative for South African based Global Airways since August 2013. Air transport in Africa has seen above average growth over the past 10 years. Passenger traffic measured in revenue passenger kilometers, which is the number of passengers times the distance traveled, rose 88.8% in 2003-2013, according to data from the International Air Transport Association, while air cargo demand measured in freight ton kilometers grew 54%.
