If you read the S-1/A what the Executive Compensation is about FORW not a new company coming in to do a reverse merger.

"George Sharp is currently a consultant to the Company and intends to become a full-time employee upon the closing of this offering at an annual salary of $240,000 and with customary terms for executive employment agreements."

Based on this, it seems to me that a larger investment fund is going to take over FORW and change the ticker symbol to represent itself. Then hire GS for an executive role. This is as opposed to GS continuing with FORW on his own."
