Fresenius SE & Co KGaA said Tuesday that its infusion and
transfusion subsidiary Fresenius Kabi AG is expanding its Austrian
facilities with an investment of 60 million euros ($72.31
million).
The investment, which will run through 2023, will focus on
expanding capacity as well as an upgrade of infrastructure at
Fresenius Kabi's production plant in Graz and at a packing center
in Werndorf, the company said.
It added that the number of jobs the expansion will create, in
addition to the existing 900 in Graz, cannot yet be determined.
