of the Company's Registration Statement on Form 10, filed on
August 10, 2013, as amended.
The Company is now a reporting Company under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 and expects to file its quarterly report for
the quarter ended September 30, 2013
on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time frame.
