Interesting how the Texas acquisition was never mentioned in this communication, why would that be?

Yes, Eagle, what's interesting about poop and scoop it only works under certain conditions. As an example, it would never work with AT&T, Microsoft, Apple, etc. It only works if the organization is of low integrity, and no credibility, being run by someone like Melvin then of course it works every time I'm sure.

Slowly but surely.

As all our tax issues have been worked out, VeeMost has been able to complete its profile on SAM.GOV and
will begin to actively participate in government bids. We will continue to grow our erate side of the business.

The Company intends to become SEC reporting in 2025.

It is worthy to note that a new CUSIP has been approved by the CUSIP Global Services (CGS).
Subsequently, we have submitted a corporation action with FINRA for a Company name change, Ticker
Symbol Change and Cusip Change. As of the time of this report, the progress of the case is about 75%. The
company will alert shareholders when the corporate action is approved and before the change is effected.

VeeMost is currently in the final stages of testing for its online ecommerce store. We anticipate that all testing
will be done by the end of the fiscal 2024 fiscal year and all bugs worked out. In the meantime, we have made
available a demo site at https://store.veemost.com for shareholders to familiarize themselves with the store.
By December 30, 2024, the demo site will be decommissioned in order to activate the production site. The
Company will keep shareholders updated on any unforeseen delays that we encounter.
VeeMost intends this to be a huge part of the revenue moving forward, as Consulting and other services will
be attached to the hardware/software sales.

Just look at the facts and the history when it comes to the trading . No logical explanation other than  manipulation . Volume buying will correct the artificial price depreciation . 

The simplicity and the complexity doesn't change the conundrum. Melvin is the Conundrum the Compexity is the price to volume movement which caused a trigger to the algorithm. The lack of liquidity will constantly cause price erosion. When the right events are achieved the story will change drastically. The key to this particular perplexing situation was caused by artificial price rise . When certain milestones are achieved price appreciation will be a given. OTC and integrity and Melvin with no communication and no dilution and don't forget reduction of shares . Not typical . 

Yeah, you are correct and I remember at the time when I read it thinking there should've been a much better articulation, but that's just not Melvin's style to articulate anything.

I could be incorrect, but I believe that tax issue was not a statement within the quarterly report, but rather some speculation from some poster here on hub. Melvin definitely needs to give a worldwide communicative explanation as to why the revenues, the gross revenues in one year decreased unbelievably down to about 10% verses what they were in 2023.

Hmm good question I was referring to the q where they state they had to migrate tax accounts to the new entity and that's why revenue was down and employees went to part time.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding

Good thoughts Benz.  There's no real excuse for the lack of communication.  I believe he stated in the Qs the lower revs in 2024 were do to tax accounts otherwise everything you stated is fair and accurate.  

2025 will hopefully be the year this dog turns the corner.

Mr Melvin, time to put some integrity-credibility meat on the bone. How does one accomplish that? By periodically updating the shareholders and the world the status of; ticker symbol change coming up on two years. Cisco gold commitment was third quarter 2024. Fourth-quarter 2024 is almost behind us. Texas acquisition, target close date, your own words, August 2024. So far no word. Six months since the announcement will actually be Christmas Day. Explanation of severe loss of revenues 2024 versus 2023. Your integrity & credibility is rapidly sinking. That can rapidly be turned around, all it takes is some periodic communication to not just the shareholder's, but the world.

Yesterday was pay day so I bought another 50k today.  I don't mind adding to my stack down here.  Glta 

And if that happens you bet I'm loading up even more so I hope your right. In time this is a for sure investment. 

This trash heap will be in trips before it gets back to even .02. Volume is consistently garbage. No one even knows about it. What ever happened to Cisco gold? The "acquisition"? Getting out of limited tier? Ticker change? All bullshit lies. Woo hoo a website lol no one cares about a fkn website. Trips within a month. Prob after the end of year sell off. Mark it. Melvin is garbage. Keeps investors in the dark other than a stupid Q with bullshit information and a plummeting stock price. Pure failure. 

Lots of stocks require patience and this one is no different. If someone cannot wait I say sell!

Good possibility "DD" Due Diligence can often kill a deal...

I recently brokered a merger between two accounting firms, from LOI to closing was about five months. And I can't think of anything that would be much more complicated than merging two accounting firms. So we're almost at six months since June 28 on the Texas acquisition. The naïve prediction of a 60 day close was never at all probable. But I do believe it has dragged on for far too long and it seems as though it's probably not going to happen.

True it wasn't mentioned in the financials. I have a theory and guess.  If Melvin wants to acquire with cash he's just now getting The cash flows going so it could be delayed for that reason.  It could be the DD isn't working out so he negotiated something different arrangement.  It could be that the company they intend to acquire is purposely slowing down the process because they have some deals they need to close.  It's possible but not likely he just tried to pump the stock and it was all a lie?  Benz will have by an opinion 

So are we just gonna act like that acquisition PR didn't happen? I might have missed it in the latest filing but I don't think so. So it just like...never happened? LOL Melvin was prob so mad that pump didn't work as he expected. It's been 6 months.

CFT is correct, I did achieve my assemblage goal, I think everybody here knows that I bought millions of shares September through the end of November. I have all that I could ever want and need. Still a little bit critical of the CEO as everybody already knows, but I am long in the stock and have roughly $200,000 invested here.
