On May 13, 2016, Glori Energy Inc. (the
“Company”) publicly disseminated a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ending March
31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

On May 10, 2016, Ryan McHugh, the Company's Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, tendered his
resignation effective May 20, 2016 to pursue a new career opportunity. The Company has commenced the process of identifying and
evaluating suitable candidates to fill such vacancy.
