Gourmet Provisions International Corporation (OTC PINK:GMPR) today announced a corporate update from its President and CEO James C. Vowler.

Audits:

As of today GMPR engaged the services of Rick Weiner to revise and finalize the pre audits, finish the necessary financial statements for uplisting to NASDAQ and potentially become our fulltime CFO. GMPR has paid M&K CPAS, PLLC of Houston, TX, their required $25,000 fee to finalize and sign off on the audits when completed.

The delays in the pre audits were the result of two factors: Black Rock was suppose to supply GMPR with their financial statements by October 1st, 2021 we received the financials late January 2022 and ultimately this along with other mitigating factors lead GMPR to mutually agree to forgo the acquisition; Second attributing factor for completion of the pre audits, after partial review of the Jose Madrid Salsa Financial statements the previously engaged pre auditor determined they needed to be reconstructed and their six digit proposed fee was more than the cost of an annual salary of a fulltime CFO. Solution, we are revising the financial statements and we have engaged Mr. Weiner to complete the necessary pre audits in a timely manor.

I have an update 11-4-2023

Back in 2005 era he had a couple Pizza Shops in different Pittsburgh Neighborhoods. He went public and sold, or tried to sell Franchises. The pizza was average for the area, but did sell some franchises. Tried to use a call center for orders which was a cluster F system, Call center employees not paid and sued, Pretty sure staffing service got shorted. None lasted very long and went out of business. That last Pizza shop was literally in a sleazy Motel, on the second floor! lol.
Since then, seems everything they were involved with was used to sell stock. Think they bought PopsyCakes with mostly stock, They would pump it, doing thinks like saying sold in a popular candy store in NYC. It was probably they gave them a stand and some inventory free, so they could take a pic and say sold there lol. All talk, going to be in Dunkin, etc... Never anywhere.
We buy Pizza Fusion, It is just a name. We have no stores, no franchises, etc. If there are any others with that name, they have nothing to do with us.
Some years back we supposedly had a distributor in Erie PA area that was going to distribute out products in Quick Fills, Country Fair stores etc. I go op that way most weekends in spring, summer etc. Stopped in lots, never a single product anywhere. Milked that over a year then blamed an employee for it falling through. lol.
Just go back to different times/years in this forum, We have over 43,600 messages, Just pick 10,000 and read, 20,000 and read some. lol. You may find it interesting, entertaining if yu were not one of many bag holders. Gives you some insight in how someone can pretty much not really work hard and try and be successful, and just sell stock based on things you say you are going to do and milk that for as long as possible before starting over with an RS.
As I write this, one trade of 50,000,000 shares dumped. Who do you think dumped then for .0001? lol. This forum could be a playbook for how to have a public Company and live of stock sales and never really have to work.

We really never have any products. I have tried all the stores in NW PA we were supposed to be in some years ago, Not one product in any store. Tried the stores in Pittsburgh area, nothing anywhere. Tried finding the frozen Pizza in stores listed, nothing. Have you ever tried to order from the website? Check it out. Many others have tried and never found a single product anywhere. Read back here... There was never anything we said we were doing or going to do that ever actually happened. This is since like 2006. lol. Our product that keeps us going are pretend deals and selling stock. Just because we don't bring in revenue from all out companies, does not mean out of business. The Potential is still there, and those companies finally are not losing money. We can think of that as a positive win!

Since we can not even run a pizza shop, and havent sold a franchise in 20 some years, we can serve this country better by utilizing our environmental clean up experience! From all their misleading posts, I bet if Trump wins, the EPA is gonna be hounding us to share our expertise in cleaning up waste water! Our people are probably watching lots of youtube videos now perfecting their technique! We are going to be ready to clean up the planet on Day 1 if Trump wins! Good thing the last 15 deals fell through! If Jim was really busy running successful businesses he would never have had the time to think this new deal up and lead us in a new direction! Think about it, someone who has been able to not really work for 18 plus years, and just sold stock and told stories, has to be well rested and psyched to start this new Green Company! Well, they have been pretty patient really, they added billions of shares to sell. Was burning a hole in their pocket! We haven't made money ever since 2006. We run the pretend companies by selling shares. They milked the Black Rock Restaurant scam for well over a year! We hear every story you can think of to drag it on. Then it "Fell Through" even after they said they had the investors money. They determined Florida was too far from Pittsburgh so called off the deal.
But don't worry, they promised us they paid the NASDAQ fees and the financial people working on out Uplisting to NASDAQ. We could be the first .0001 company that NEVER showed a profit in 18 years to make the leap to NASDAQ!

I guess they gave up trying to buy it back up to .0002 - .0003 to dilute Seemed like they has a good system of diluting till it dropped to .0001 then buying back some to get it up a tick to dump into. I have a few problems with their books.
The major one being the $700.000 they list as Restaurant Equipment "TAP HOUSE"
I have asked the company a few times as to where the equipment is located and photos of this equipment.
THEY NEVER RESPOND.

Why does GMPR list 4 subsidiaries and 1 partnership on their website and only 1 sub. made a small profit?
The other 3 sub's have recorded no REVENUE for the last 4 Q's.
I forgot about the TAP HOUSE as a sub.
Now go and review the Q1 .
THE BOOKS ARE COOKED.
Their books will never pass an audited to uplist.
