Green Planet Group Inc (CE) (GNPG) Quote

Not that I expect anything to come of this, but i found that https://www.healingtheearth.life/ site seems to be dead but found this site linked to some of the officers of GNPG https://www.healingearthtech.com/. I wonder if this is at all associated with GNPG or did they just give everyone the !@#$ and start fresh. Don't even know if contacting and asking any questions is even worth it.

I don’t know. It’s still CE. I did hear they have a big project in Louisiana. The attorney is trying to get it listed again. All paperwork is filed. So who knows. I would hope they list this again then deliver news. I’m stuck at .03c

This is exciting. Where can we purchase more? I used to be able to purchase it through E-Trade. That was a few years ago but not any longer.

It’s done. They left the offices. They have one lousy mini grow system in Colorado but it’s only feeding a few cows. Farmers don’t and won’t need this. Clever but it requires industrial space, power and educated staff.. Three things farmers don’t have nor do they want. Overhead alone is too risky. Old Ed CEO is like 90. He’s done.

Until major funding comes in, like from a big grow system sale, issuing accurate financials is dicey. A weak balance sheet showing they are basically insolvent can trigger actions from creditors to extract what pennies on the dollar they can get, taking the company down. Posting false financials has a different set of risks. So failing to post any financials may be the most prudent way to stall.

I don’t know about any of this being true. Gold claim? Where’s that stated? I think the grow system fell thru but they have one in Colorado

Ouch. I have those as well. I have some GNPG but it’s a goner. They can potentially get listed again but it looks like they’re not really selling much of these grow systems. Farmers need to do a 360 if they want to get in on this. They need storage, electrical and actual intellectual staff. 3 items farms don’t have. More like a pipe dream here. Besides the ceo is like 90 yrs old.

10 yrs ago I made a decision to buy gnpg instead of celsius. Hindsight is 20 20.

Once CE you’re finished. 99% of these penny stocks never get listed again. SEC just ignores them. The paperwork is too much, lawyer fees etc. There’s nothing they can do. But the company doesn’t care, they’ll run it as a private business and pay themselves accordingly. All the shares they own were free anyways. They just can’t dilute at .03 but they can at .001 and they prob will. If they need $200k they’ll add in 200M shares.

So they’re buying companies using worthless stock? Makes no sense. I guess just more dilution. They promote updates but don’t have a buck to provide financials to the SEC.Theyll never get listed again. Once CE, you’re finished. Idiots

Outstanding shares are now at 650mil from 400mil. The website is down which in past means news from these people. This company is a black box so unfortunately we can only speculate.

It’s in CE bc they don’t have cash and don’t send the SEC their financials. No matter how well they do moving forward the SEC will never allow them to trade. The only way is for them to start a new business and move over shares which will cost millions. They are idiots that couldn’t keep their books in order.

I find it hard to believe this co is worth $1000 after all the money they spend on acquisitions. The stock wen t up to 30 cents then the sec acted and it went down. Stock should be a lot more when will we get some info from co?

Welp. I just dumped 90k shares.

They stopped posting on LinkedIn after that one guy asked what’s up with shareholders. Now the stock is well under a penny. Why do these companies go public? To raise money and screw over investors. #thefutureofscamming

I noticed someone had the balls to mention the stock on their LinkedIn account. I would but I don’t have much of any followers on LinkedIn. The guy that asked about the share price on GNPG LinkedIn does. They have not replied but they don’t reply to anyone. Sad group of people not to reply. I bet if you ask that you want to buy a growing system they will reply or reach out to you. Maybe say that, I want a system then say what the heck is up with your stock!

Hurry? I would like updates. But owning 20 gold bullion coins sounds better at the moment than holding this.

Appreciate it. Hope we all do. Being OTC they don’t have to really do much at all. I’m not sure how much is even circulating to buy/sell. But what we do know is zero transactions daily.

i dont have close to that many as years ago i sold a bunch because of the complete absolute lack of anything. they are really amazingly dense when it comes to stock it would appear. i mean the thing they just signed has huge potential but hey why let the investing world know. He really must be some kind of fool to not do something with this. I have been here for what seems like 500 yrs and just held onto a few in case. hope this turns around and you make big bucks.

They post all positives on LinkedIn but they never reply to shareholders via email or phone calls. We don’t exist to them! I personally own 1 million shares. A few others I know own around the same. I’ve been a shareholder now for 3+ years. Unreal.

They don’t gaf about shareholders or even the shares themselves. They all own millions of them and post zero financials. The CEO is an idiot. He likes to say where the stock price will be in the future but it won’t happen because they don’t put out statements so the SEC has literally shut them down.
