On August 28, 2024, we reported as a Relevant Information Communication the terms of the capital increase, approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of August 20, 2024, as agreed at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on August 28, 2024.

 

We hereby clarify that in section 1. (i) 4 of the aforementioned Relevant Information Communication, it should have been stated that the number of shares entitled to participate in the share subscription is 1,371,964,891 instead of 414,659,686.
