Statement by Televisa

 

Mexico City, August 30, 2024 – Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (“Televisa” or the “Company”; NYSE:TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) announced today that on August 29, 2024, the Company learned that a Department of Justice investigation of FIFA-related activity may have a material impact on the Company’s financial condition or results of operations. The Company cannot predict the outcome of the investigation or whether it will in fact have a material impact. We are cooperating with the investigation.
