Green Gold Ray Energies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRYE) aims to double its
jatropha crude oil output by 2011 through continuous increase
yields of jatropha feedstocks, while the company increases its
jatropha plantations. The jatropha plantations are expanding from
5,000 hectares to over 30,000 hectares by the end of 2009.
The worldwide public awareness understands that there are
tremendous opportunities for jatropha as the next generation oil
feedstock. These had been tested to be the best oil fuel according
to the latest developments. GreenGold Ray Energies is currently
leading the Indigenous People in Mindanao Island in the jatropha
cultivations. GreenGold is considered as one of the jatropha
experts in the Philippines that continuously shares the real life
experiences in production, R&D, cultivation, investment,
refining and downstream logistics of jatropha as the next
generation feedstocks. GreenGold has been helping the local
agrarian farmers in their success to fast, healthy jatropha
farming. CEO Manolo Tecson had compiled updates on advances in
production, optimization and blending technologies for jatropha's
germination, cultivation and production.
JATROPHA CRUDE OIL PROCESSING PLANT: the Board had voted to the
initial installation of a crude oil processing plant first; the
fact that there are more demands in jatropha crude oil than the
refined pure jatropha oil. The company can immediately generate
revenues early 2010. The agreement to purchase the Pure Biodiesel
Oil Refinery unit from Switzerland is under final contractual
signing subject to an ocular visit to be made in July.
SUMMARY OF AN INITIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY
-- Bio fuel produced per month after transesterification = 320,000
liters or 84,656 gallons
-- $164,047.50 total capital cost per month divided by 320,000 liters
bio fuel produce $0.51 per liter or $1.94 production cost per gallon.
-- The pump price of pure biodiesel (B100) is $3.29 per gallon!
SELLING RAW or CRUDE JATROPHA OIL (without transesterification process):
-- $131,987.50 total capital cost per month divided by 400,000 liters
jatropha crude oil produced = $0.33 per liter or $1.25 production
cost per gallon.
-- The metric conversion: 1 metric ton = 1,000 liters:
1 gallon (US) = 3.78 liters
INTERPRETATION:
COST per month per 400,000 Liters of Crude Oil = $132,000 (Rounded up)
1 Metric ton = 1,000 Liters therefore 400,000 Liters = 400 tons X $800 per
ton = $320,000.00
-- NET PROFIT = $320,000 less $132,000 = $190,000.00 *This is just
for more or less than a hectare of jatropha plantation
3 HECTARES DEMO-JATROPHA FARM -- in Caraga are robustly and
rapidly growing after a month since the jatropha seeds were
planted. The company uses organic fertilizer which had shown no
other side effects on the Jatropha plants. Jatropha or commonly
known as "tuba-tuba" will be planted in the 197 hectares of land,
increasing the GreenGold's jatropha plantation. These ancestral
lands are owned by the Bukidnon Tribal Cooperative in Libona, led
by Chieftain Datu Mandapugan and that GreenGold had entered into
another working alliance with last week.
NEW GRYE HEADQUARTER: The move to Butuan City close to Nasipit
Refinery Site is progressing rapidly. The company is looking to
complete the move by the end of June.
Jatrophas indeed are the next generation oil feedstock, the
biofuel of choice and the best alternative oil energy source,
providing better healthy environment. GRYE is "Fueling the
Future!"
