No doubt about it...Jason doesn't have the gifted tongue like his father had. Seems Jason couldn't talk the others on the BOD to jump in the hold with a pick, hammer and shovel so he finally had to jump in himself and wasn't able to get the SEC files completed again. So Expert Jason is now on the "Expert Market".

There is nothing here to talk about plus the other problem you would not be able to buy and sell this in any tangible volume, isn't a real investment either. It has not made money nor money for retail shareholder since the year 2000, I am talking within the USA and Australia.

Seems each company director may have pitched in $1 dollar or so and bought 500 shares of GSTX stock hoping to push a newbie frenzy buy in. It is a shame for even if that were to happen you still would not be able to unload which means the directors within can't unload their shares either.

As to any lease I honestly will tell you that has not entered my mind. Anyone who is serious in investing here let me say I advise against that. As to trying to play this as to making quick money again that will be hard to do simply because you would never be able to unload enough shares to amount to any worth wild play.

I knew Roger May CEO since 1999 (he has died last year) so his son Jason is standing in as CEO. Roger had a gifting tongue that could talk you into anything no matter how many failed (public) trading corporation he would start from Australia to the USA.

It is an honest statement that Roger never made any of us retail investors any consistent money the only reason some made money it was nearing the end of 1999 and every tech stock was screaming. Close your eyes a throw a dart you would make money but some of us did not sell for reasoning coming from Roger as to starting other companies.

Never opt any CEO or company that wants to issue you 144 stock...or shares and a sub-company a CEO wishes to start.

Now much of what some see here is bits and pieces of other corporations that actually do have a big business but what seems to be transpiring here is clearly exhibited in the SEC filings. In other words if you are a person trading in and out you can see how hard that can be.

I mentioned to Jack that Jason would need to reverse this stock but now have another thought. If Jason sees that the SEC is on top of everything plus OTC Market would he be better off just massively increasing the AS and just playing on hopeful traders or newbie investors to buy in but again as Jason knows his company is seen as a SHELL. Also note the early filings way back and you can see how all this came together and why this company will probably never be anything more than it has been. Roger enjoyed people and investors and if you had ever talked with him when he was living but that was back 20 plus years ago when I was at a stock transfer office and I heard one of the manager take his call and I smiled at the Manager and said let me say a few words, Roger and I talked very briefly.

Roger was a man that you just can't help not to like he was something but Jason doesn't have that gift that his dad had.

Told by who? The company? They told me a lot of things too and took me for large chunk of change as well. Left me with a bunch of paper shares worth nothing. They won’t answer emails or phone calls anymore either. Now Rodger is gone I’m sure eventually if this does anything good at all it will have a RS and ticker change. My paper will be worthless, but I guess I knew that when I purchased it. Rodger was slick one. He could sell some shares boy. Then take your money and spend it on himself. None of that money went into the company or at the very least they would have bought a pick axe by now and hired a geologists to find the best spot to start mining. What would have that cost over the years $350,000 for 1 geologists for 2 years? And $50 for a pick axe. I know it’s more complicated but how much more complicated? Seems like $500,000-$1,000,000. Would at least found them a good X marks the spot in their DEPOSIT for the this is where we will start. I know he has taken way more than that from investors in the last 4-5 years. Not all of it was accounted for I don’t think his records where/are very accurate. Where did it all go?

The Company has incurred cumulative net losses since inception of $68,375,078 at September 30, 2023. Accordingly, it requires capital to fund working capital deficits and for future operating activities to take place.

At September 30, 2023, the Company had cash of $1,094.00 available to fund its operations. The Company needs to raise additional capital during the year ending September 30, 2024 to fund its ongoing business activities.

I believe it is safe to say that if Jason started a "GoFundMe" account he could raise more than $1049.00 before dinner time.

Graphene Foam Helps Turn Human Movement Into Electrical Energy
August 7, 2023
LINK

Marco Caffio from Integrated Graphene

A graphene foam material has helped researchers turn “wasted” energy from human movement into electricity.

Aimed at powering small electronic devices and Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, a new triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) was developed by a team from the Institute of Thin Films, Sensors and Imaging (ITFSI) at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS).

The team used 3D graphene foam material Gii from Stirling firm Integrated Graphene as an active layer in the new generator.

The research, published in Nano Energy, showed that the force of a human footprint on a pressure-sensitive mat equipped with Gii-TENG sensors can produce enough energy to anonymously keep track of people entering or leaving a room.

“Through our work with Integrated Graphene, we have proven that using Gii-material – an advanced type of three-dimensional graphene (3DG) foam – as an active layer in triboelectric nanogenerators can work as a reliable and cost-effective energy-harvesting power source for autonomous sensors and electronics,” said Dr Carlos Garcia Nuñez, lecturer at UWS. “This discovery has enormous potential for the booming global Internet of Things industry.”

As well as monitoring building occupancy, the mats could help to optimise energy resources by controlling room temperature as people enter and exit, or to inform carbon dioxide monitoring.

TENGs have been investigated as a technique for converting mechanical energy into electrical energy for about 20 years. Efforts to develop commercially viable devices have been hampered by low durability, limited energy output and inefficiency, however.

“The addition of Gii to TENG has opened up a whole new world of possibilities due to its unique properties, including high surface area, porosity, light weight, and superior electrical properties,” claimed Integrated Graphene.

Other solutions could include self-powered wearable biosensors for early diagnosis of health conditions including cardiovascular disease, gout and diabetes, or devices that harvest mechanical energy from the movement of cars and pedestrians.

“With the number of IoT devices interlinked worldwide forecast to reach 100bn by 2030, there is a clear need for new sustainable energy sources and technologies which can meet the power demand from our reliance on technology,” said Marco Caffio, CSO of Integrated Graphene.

Nova Graphene Pioneers Graphene-Enhanced Ballistic Armour For K9 Officers -- Black Ram Media Group Inc
8/7/2023 8:20:05 AM
LINK

MENAFN- PRLog) -- Following a heartfelt incident involving Bingo, a Toronto K9 officer shot in the line of duty, the Nova Graphene team has announced a significant pivot in their product development strategy. Originally focused on designing 3D-printed graphene-enhanced ballistic armor for human military and law enforcement personnel, the team has now fast-tracked the development of similar armor specifically designed for service animals.

In an inspired display of ingenuity, empathy, and shared purpose, the team at Nova Graphene unanimously agreed to expedite animal scanning and prototyping while conducting an early body scan test for their current armor project.

The decision came as a reaction to the tragic news about Bingo, highlighting the critical importance of ensuring the safety of these brave service animals.

"We've always had plans to develop protective equipment for service animals.
They serve on the front lines alongside their human partners, risking their lives for our safety," said CEO Paul Beasant from Nova Graphene.
"The incident with Bingo was a catalyst, underscoring the urgency and necessity of this technology for these brave animals.
As with their 2-legged counterparts, we are working towards custom printing this armor from 3D body scans, so the fit, comfort, mobility, and survivability are optimized for the wearer."

Nova Graphene's armor, enhanced with the 'wonder material' graphene, boasts an array of impressive properties.

Graphene is lightweight yet harder than diamond, and when used in armour, it drastically improves penetration and impact resistance.

A trailblazer in the cutting-edge field of graphene applications, Nova Graphene has already gained recognition for their innovative R&D work.

The company's commitment to creating solutions that enhance safety and resilience, particularly in high-risk sectors like law enforcement and the military, has made them a crucial player in the graphene revolution.
In pivoting to include K9 officers in their development plan, Nova Graphene takes another step towards its vision of widespread graphene adoption in safety technology.

"Every member of our team is an animal lover, so this new direction feels both personally meaningful and professionally exciting," Beasant added.

"We look forward to the day when every K9 officer is equipped with our graphene-enhanced armor, providing them with the best possible protection."

The company has extended an invitation to explore the possibility of conducting a canine officer scanning.

Presently, the company eagerly awaits a response.

Nova Graphene is a leading innovator in the field of graphene applications.

Through relentless R&D and a firm commitment to addressing real-world challenges, the company aims to revolutionize numerous industries by harnessing the extraordinary properties of graphene.

With projects ranging from advanced ballistic armor to additive manufacturing solutions, Nova Graphene is driving the charge towards a safer, more resilient future.

I really thought since the 10-K was filed trading would start but the more I think about the Expert Market it will be up to the SEC to approve a 211 filing from this company. They may have filed it but GSTX may still be waiting on that approval. The 211 also includes a MM to handle this stock among other things and the 211 filing is new to me, also don't know if typical traders would see that filing but is mandatory if the company wishes to trade within the USA market again.

Note...it maybe very hard to unload this so be super careful. I think I will send you a PM on Friday between 4-5 pm .

look how they word their business (We are "primarily focused" on providing the materials and technologies for a greener future. GSTX has a portfolio of projects in the cleantech are with:

• Patented and novel technologies.
• Proven products with exclusive geographical distribution rights.
• Ground-breaking new innovations.
• Mineral resources that critical to the high-tech supply chain.

Of course he was and will show you where he started. He worked with Nancy who was the President of MFMI - Media Forum International. This is where I first heard of Roger being able to raise several million dollars but was that really true? I'm not sure but only recall that MFMI was just Roger's. I believe he used Nancy as a spring board and that she probably didn't want to either work with him or continue MFMI.

RIP Roger May? No way. He was an absolute thief and international conman. With his son Jason, both were convicted of fraud on the 6th of Aug 2007 in the Victorian County Court, Melbourne on charges brought by ASIC, and both received suspended prison sentences. They fit the Victorian Govt definition of Organised Crime. They have fleeced many people of tens of millions of dollars that I know about, how many more? Good riddance to Roger May, a classic corporate psychopath. Hopefully Jason will soon be next. Criminals.

Roger May's hands are tied and his gold spoon mouth finally silenced but sincerely hated to see him die. He had hurt many and myself let him clip me twice 1st time $140k and even went back for seconds and thirds so maybe around $200k total. He had a gold tongue that would not be silenced until now. What was sad to see since 1999 no company under his direction ever was successful for retail shareholders. Anyone here thinking about Jason May stepping up to the plate I doubt that but if he does I will be watching and waiting.

OK, but I'm not sure what this is:
been watching your message board for a long time hoping that you might have taken guidance from LocWolf. I've made 4 posts, the first simply asking WHERE YOU GOT YOUR INFO re May's passing.

I didn't doubt the info, and not to sound cold-hearted, but I didn't care either.

I've never posted good or bad about May or his business operations or his fiduciary failings to shareholders.

I simply asked for the source of the info, to gauge what kind of inside-information you might have.

You haven't really answered, but that's OK - I was just curious, but I no longer care.
