I haven't noticed anything except them going current. $GVDI $$

Wow what a wake up call. I didn't even realize I still owned GVDI. Was one of the couple of OTCs I still had at Amertrade now Schwab which I never even look at as I use ETrade almost exclusively. Was a huge bid and ask spread so probably hard to sell. If they went current any updates from the company?

yep you never know in posland, i had few bags that i was holding for awhile that ran this past year. Might go again but don't think we will see anything short term for now imo.

If it’s an active shell..
The Expert Market is where shells sit to get the 18months extension.
Or MMs that are loaded with short positions that need to cover. Once covered then ship em to the CE.
And getting out of CE or EM just takes getting filing current and pay all the fees upfront.
CE carries an extra $25k fee. EM waves that.

These things are never dead..Even the dead ones. LOL

yes they can go back if the filings come after sept 28th, no point in selling at the low's.

otcx giving away cheapies don't know why any retail would sell when the ask side is so thin any filings out it goes.

using canadian broker, you can use interactive brokers if you are us resident. Seen many people opening interactive brokers account lately bypassing the restriction.

What brokerage firm did you use to make your buy? Interactivebrokers?

got some .003's gtc filled during the week, will see if i can get some lower once filings comes out will quickly pop back up

backlogged has been like that past month or so. Betting on they will file. now question is will it be on time? Even if it's not on time they can quickly get back up once they finally put out filings.

What the Brokerages did to these tickers is just criminal. With that said GVDI does need to file. Not sure what the hold up is unless OTC markets is just back logged?

yep that's the thing most want to add on dip. Problem is usa residents can't buy at all on non current stocks till they become current.
