Greenway Technology (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: GWYT) today announced the opening of the Andalusian Resort Loyalty Program where "Loyalty Has Its Privileges." Two percent (2%) of every dollar spent on membership fees, merchandise sales, club services and our resorts will be awarded for our guests to redeem in any Andalusian Resort (no usage restrictions). In addition, ten percent (10%) of all membership fees and merchandise sales revenue will be donated to a Foundation we will be forming for the purpose of supporting the Gay community with passion and compassion.

Over the course of the next several months we will announce a three member group who will begin the process of monitoring and determining how to best use these donations to support and better serve the GAY community worldwide.

It is Andalusian Resorts' mission to set the benchmark in quality, service, and support to our patron members, and at the same time raise awareness of GAY rights issues and advocate sexual preference equality. The GAY community has a willingness to belong and support these very important issues.

There are approximately 300 million people living in the United States, and the GAY population is estimated to be 10 percent or 30 million people. Using a conservative estimate, if only 10 percent of the GAY population joined the Andalusian family we would have 3 million members paying $25 each, potentially giving us a $75 million cash flow annually and $7.5 million for our soon to be formed foundation from this one revenue source alone. This is in addition to five other non-affiliated revenue sources from our resorts and clubs.

Our first two resorts are slated to be located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Palm Springs, California. We are currently in negotiations with both properties. Closing is subject to certain contingencies, including, but not limited to, the availability of financing necessary and acceptable terms.
