CEO update on X earlier today saying merger deal should be completed by end of the month. We shall see. Buy area .0005/.0006 for the time being.

Share structure info updated as of last Friday. No changes. Float of around 200M. If this ever gets any updates, it will fly.

I use OTC markets and watch the share structure. You can see the debt holder was converting debt in blocks of shares these past few months. Questions is, are they done for now. If so, this should move up nicely if and when the company puts out an update. It's waiting game until then.

How can you track how they are converting debt in batches

Still a small float but CEO needs to get this deal done. It's been taking forever and the note holder keeps converting debt in batches which has kept it down here.

at this point it seems like bs to me. someone dumping millions of shares while he keeps posting fluff tweets

It's being accumulated and quietly by someone or some group. I bet it gets pushed hard once we get an update. Collect shares on the bid while you can would be my advice.

We better hear something soon because liquidity is drying up and by the looks of it OTCN still has plenty of shares to hand out.

Hopefully we hear something next week.
