Beware this stock is currently being manipulated and a lid is being kept on the stock price in order for the stock not to trade beyond 55 cents. For over 2 weeks there's been an outstanding sell order for 500,000 shares at 55 cents on $HBFG the Canadian trading symbol for $HBFGF. Today the quarterlies came out and the stock did absolutely nothing.
If the order doesn't clear up by this upcoming Monday, I will be selling my position to make money NOW elsewhere.
Someone who has 500,000 shares wouldn't show their hand like that expecting to sell their position. They would sell 50,000 position increments or something similar in order not to scare off the bids. Someone would only do so in order to stop the stock from running up. It's called a wall and it's meant to stop investors from paying too much. There can be many motives for doing so, like trying to accumulate a position at a lower price or trying to maintain a short position. Either way it's costing investors time and money.
So being the case why not sell and make money now somewhere else.
