Unfortunately we are not dealing with honorable people. No intention of building a company. Even a million $'s in revenue would be a place to start. Most likely Destiny had the most brains w/ . A LLD You can't get those in a cracker jacks box but when he did not care about shareholder equities or PPS that was the sign and I should have been smarter myself. I was a fool. Now just trying to BE.
It is not too late for Destiny to be HERO. Better to have friends than enemies !!!.
Look for the 8's.

Time for Holloman Engineering that started this to circle back and buy the shell and take the company or a division (that makes money) public. They thought they could have someone else save the day after they failed at oil drilling by selling the shell to someone that wanted to start a weed business. That did not occur so gears were abruptly switched to an "AI" company that never got off the ground. We are certainly circling the drain if nothing occurs. So Holloman Engineering whom hopefully unintentionally screwed the shareholders of Holloman Energy and probably some of their own employees at Holloman Engineering in the process should make it right by trying to do something that stands a chance to recoup millions of dollars pumped/hyped/lost from the old Oil dry well days. I have lost money on stocks before but it feels like this one was almost deliberate in their inaction or pathetic moves after the shell sale. I am sure most of the Holloman Engineering guys that started this dream are long gone but it sure would be honorable for current leadership to attempt to see if they can right the wrongs.

Thanks for taking the time for some clarification. your door was always open. more than i can recently say about Destiny !!. I had a few near chances to sell for an almost breakeven ie. Nov 2022 when the PPS hit .07 but greed and stupidity took over. I wanted to ring the cash register and Destiny did not even have a cash shoebox.
I don't need the writeoff so I guess that just wait for some miracle. Time for Destiny to put on his BIG BOY pants and run a company. My old line :
Hell, the kids w/ a lemonade stand in Maryland make more $ than the HERO.
John , thanks for your effort. Very much appreciated by the BB.

PS. I have still been adding to my position when possible and maybe just maybe it will rain in Calif. in July !!!!!

beg to differ brother.. With all due respect, you never tried to engage in mutual conversation.. I answered all questions, took phone calls, give open, transparent information. You may not have liked the answers, but theres nothing i could do about that.. A "voice" on the message board? I was way more than that. I openly put myself out there and took on all arrows fired in my direction.. Winemaker took me up on the offer on multiple occasions, i will let him speak on my behalf if he so wishes.. At the end of the day, the concept/shift of what HENC (Destiny) was trying to do was very much legit. Unfortunately, its extremely difficult to raise capital in an environment of rising int rates, rising inflation, but more importantly, raising capital for a company with zero assets.. If there was a piece of software, some form of sales, or just an inkling of light at the end of the tunnel, then and only then was there a glimmer of hope of raising $2-$5 million to get a small company or 2 under the belt and then try to build off that.. But again, when there is nothing on the table, 600,000,0000 shares outstanding, what PE firm, mezzanine firm or vulture firm going to put $$$ behind a "concept".. The game was going to be like starting from a 48-0 score and your getting the ball for the first time with 2 min left on the clock..

But again, just my opinion.. You seem to disagree. And thats ok. You invested money in the company and are irked at staring at a wipeout. I get it.. Been there too..

Very sad !!! We can't even get our Q's current. This thing can still run for a quickie but will it be enough to take us OUT? I'm not selling at this level. Maybe buying to lower my AVG PPS. Still wish that John was still on board !! A very steady hand.

the huge dumping means they had bills to pay or don't care what the price is to use the ATM machine for themselves before the gig is up. There is no volume if not for that aspect. If they are smart they market the clean shell to someone vetted and valid not another sham company. Then maybe the shares have future value since they can't create any. Otherwise GAME OVER.

Holloman Engineering (private company that started this whole mess with Holloman energy) should take themselves public or even just a division that makes money as I am sure some of their employees got stung by the dream from the old oil field/dry well days. Would be a nice way to redeem themselves to a lot of people including shareholders, past and current employees.

That in reality is about the only thing left to salvage anything. However, once the shell is sold, y'all realize a split is coming that will wipe out the common. Talking 80-90% destruction. Thats what i would do.. So think about this, 600,000,000 shares o/s right now. They just raised $48,000, at probably $.0025 per share. 19,200,000 shares just got created. Imagine what $250,000 raised would do? I have reached out to Destiny just to check in but have not recvd a reply. For your sanity, just chalk it up as a tax loss for this year and focus on other investments and their performance. I have 3 new stocks I am stalking for initial entry.

Appreciate the kind words from y'all. Yeah, unfortunately, it just was a situation that had a 1% chance of surviving and my nature is to go after that 1%. What fun is it to only chase the sure things? Like I said, no bad feelings, no harsh words, just a situation that was pretty much doomed from the beginning but the group that came together were a good group of people, but, we couldnt get the engine started.

I may just hang around and check in on y'all to see how its go.. As well, feel free to hit me up on any other questions regarding stocks, etc. I actually dig talking about this sh$t !!

Sorry for the perceived silent treatment. Been away and came back to check in. Yes, I am not with HENC anymore. Nothing scandalous, no ill-will on anyone's part. The fact of the matter is that HENC just didnt have the ability to raise capital to close on any deals. The cap table structure is so out of whack that the only potential solution was thru a MASSIVE reverse split that basically wipes out the common shareholders, literally leaving you with about 5% of the shares and only then was there an outside shot. Unfortunately, the lack of cash on hand, any type of a business to which generate any type of cashflow just isnt there and probably wont be. The value of the company is only the cash value of the shell.
I met some really nice people, everyone worked well together, but at the end of the day, investors, private equity, mezzanine financiers wont put a dollar into a company with nothing. I knew the cap table was a major hurdle. We had conversations with potential lenders, but, it just wasnt going to happen.
Again, no ill will on anyone's part...

And no, i didnt get paid a single dime, not a single share of stock. I am only out my time and efforts. But, that goes with the game.

I really wanted to see things turn out differently because i thoroughly love the business of dealing with you shareholders. Unfortunately, this one isnt going to work out.

So, i just went back to working on my personal stuff and continue to scan the screens for new stock set-ups..

John told me he has ended his contract w/ HERO. or that Destiny ended the contract . Maybe a joint agreement. Too bad. John could have really saved the HERO. Destiny has to step down and let a real CEO bring this dead horse to life. It happens w/ other companies so it is possible w/ the HERO. I still want to at least break even I am going to continue to BUY to lower my PPS

I assume that you are talking about John Weston ( IR ). Spoke to John a number of times. Very smart guy. Easy to talk with and he knows the stock markets. Sorry that he was treated so badly. He could have taken to become a real co.
Not sure when the Q1 arrives but maybe time to load the wagon w/ these cheap prices.Just speculation. I am load ing again. As we know from our trading experiences many times stocks move w/ regularity w/o revenue just MM moving and shaking.

Looks as though John Weston our new IR is no longer associated w/ HERO. To bad in that John was a very knowledgeable chap w/ many yrs. of market experience. Not sure where we go from here. ?? I'm sure that a lot of vendors ( past IR's) and investors paid in stock are wondering if they will ever be able to sell their huge stock positions and at least break even . Unfortunately Destiny was no different than the TEXAS 2-STEP DRY OIL WELL wildcatters. Time for Destiny to break his silence. Simple either he has the ability to run a company and return value to shareholders or let someone else turn this sinking ship around. .
That .07 PPS ( 1 1/2 YRS ago ) looks very attractive now. At these bargain basement PPS;s at some point the sharks will smell blood and bottom fish Even a .004 going to .012 would be 300%.
John will. be missed. He just go fed up w/ trying to move a boulder w/ a kids toy set !!!

Time for Destiny to finally do the right thing. A stock at .003 is not the right/legal way to treat shareholders after a few yrs. We had a great IR in John and now we are back to less than ZERO. The only news today is that someone bought 500K shares. Now maybe tomorrow ?? we can see a few million buy blocks. Has anyone seen the Q1 filings?
MESSAGE TO DESTINY : If you can't steer this ship then let someone who can !!!! Right now I feel as though the shareholders have been SCREWED, BLUED and TATOOED Is that graphic enough.

So $48,000k only $99,952,000 to go LAUGHABLE!!!!!!!! Turn out the lights, sell the shell to a real company with income and growth potential.

Amend brother GUMPSTEINER !!!
I can't believe that I believed even 5% of the BS. The only bright spot and chance of survival is/was John our IR. I have had chats w/ John and he knows his SH-T and is a nice guy but as is the HERO smoke and mirrors they don't want to pay for talent other than stock options that are exercisable in the yr. 2100. So we are in a mess. Where is our Q1?
Time for Destiny to step aside plain and simple. Just deliver shareholder value !!!

If this were a real company they would have announced the (frequent) change to a technology company, announced the new team (hopefully with impressive experts....not) and announced the fund raise but we have heard nothing released by the company to potential shareholders that may peek interest. All they have done is create a confusing web page and a confusing power point that says they need money and companies to buy with that money, to do what I am not sure. These guys are worthless and weak. Sell the shell to someone with a company with real vision, real people and potential so shareholders can get excited.

It is like reading an OBITUARY !
I knew ie. sensed that something was strange/weird and bizarre 2 + yrs/ ago when Density told me that he did not care about PPS. Now how many CEO's have that mind set ? NONE . But I was stupid and kept averaging down w/ the thought/hope that soon the HERO would pop to at least the April 2021 level of .31. Talk about AIRY FERRIE thinking !.
The only bright spot was adding John W. as the IR. This guy is truly SMART and knows the markets. 2 million + shares traded yesterday and 350 today. !Time for Destiny to SH-T or GET OFF THE POT to use an old country saying. If he can't delivery shareholder value one way or the other then time for him to let the BIG BOYS run the show.
He could have been a real HERO but he only delivered a WPOS. At least one time we had some land in Michigan but now we don't even a POT to PISS in or a window to throw it out of !!
I have traded for yrs. but this was my worst trade. Sad news is that I hawked it to friends and family so no Thanksgiving invites for me in the future.
John thanks for trying !

It all started in the wrong direction with a phone call didn't it....

The only hope here is that someone will want the beaten down "Shell". They've moved on to building Dark Alpha Capital by all indications. Last week it was Destiny on the team. Yesterday, they had him and a VP. Today, they have 4 employees listed on their team site (added 2 directors). Surprisingly when you look at Linkedin, they all show as actual employees of that company. So, it's being treated legitimately as opposed to what they did here. All of those folks that DA painted as "employees" of HENC were not that at all. The IR guy probably was never really here. It's all smoke and mirrors in hopes that someone will give them more money. They tried to get more of mine, even as this ship was sinking into the abyss.

Don't, and I repeat, DONT give these clowns another dollar of your money for them to squander away. I consider everything I have invested over the years as a total loss. Can't exit. Can't expect it to go anywhere. I think I'll just block it from my positions so I don't see it ever again.
