The Loulu Palm Estate, the company's flagship development project, has recently announced its expansion into services and catering. 21st Parallel has already contracted a third of the events booked for the third quarter of 2011 at Loulu Palm Estates. This will increase monthly revenue up to nearly twenty percent.

21st Parallel offers a wide range of catering with a unique twist such as a Hawaiian buffet. In addition to the debut of 21st Parallel, Loulu Palm will be hosting an open house to the top leaders in the wedding and hospitality industry unveiling the recent remodel of their bridal suite, their separate groomsman's quarters and plantation style house. Loulu Palm Estate has partnered up with the premier equipment companies and designers such as Pacific Party Rentals, Devine Weddings & Events, D'lish Design, Tiers of Joy Wedding Cakes, and Le Saisons fine linens.
