Three new video releases in December are expected to generate a record sales performance for Hannover House, the entertainment division of Target Development Group, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: TDGI). Director Joel Schumacher's teen-thriller, "Twelve," will lead the pack on December 28, along with the action-adventure "Boilermaker" and the horror film "Devil's Grove" set for release on the same date. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is handling the release of "Twelve," with the other two titles releasing under the Hannover House label.

"We're excited to have three new releases during this peak holiday week for video sales and rentals," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc. "The week between Christmas and New Year's can be outstanding for video releases as retailers have plenty of open-to-buy dollars, and customers have time and often gift cards or returns for exchange. Each of these three films is targeted to different markets, and well timed thematically for the season," he concluded.

"Twelve" is set in the upscale party-world of privileged teens in New York City, and stars Chace Crawford, Emma Roberts and Curtis '50-Cent' Jackson. The film will be released on DVD, Blu-Ray and Video-On-Demand formats December 28, by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment under a license with Hannover House. "Twelve" was released by Hannover House to theaters in more than 50 top markets in August.

"Boilermaker" is an action-adventure dealing with two bank robbers who face the misfortune of trying to hold an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting hostage as they hide out from police. Written and directed by Paul T. Murray, the film stars veterans John Savage and Jack McGhee, and features an outstanding performance by newcomer Arie Verveen. "Boilermaker" will be released onto DVD December 28, with Blu-Ray and Video-On-Demand slated for February, 2011.

"Devil's Grove" is the first new release horror film for Hannover House under the Elite Films Library and distribution venture. Directed by Michael J. Hein, and featured at the New York City Horror Film Festival, "Devil's Grove" details the fate of some teens who venture into an abandoned amusement park to investigate some legendary murders. DVD units will be released on December 28, with Blu-Ray and Video-On-Demand slated for February, 2011.

"Even looking at the lowest level of presale commitments and projections, December is poised to exceed the entire rest of the year in sales for Hannover House," said Parkinson. "We are on track for a profitable 2010 and especially favorable results for Q4."
