Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTCQX: HREEF), (“Stans” or the “Company”), announces that CFO, Anna Kuranova, has been on medical leave and the Company has been informed that she will not be returning to Stans Energy.

Doug Varty, a former partner at KPMG, has been retained to assist to complete the 2013 Q3 financials, and the year-end financials.

Stans has begun the process of recruitment for a replacement CFO.
