Well, that’s interesting. Hunter just withdrew their previously filed registration statement pertaining to the sale of 1.7m shares. I know something is in the works here. Question is, what? One thing is for sure, HUNTF’s share structure is one of the tightest I have seen. Seems like even a little buying pressure sends it up substantially. If they release positive news, wow. Earlier this year we saw it spike from these levels to over $100 and it likely would have kept going if NASDAQ had not gotten bent out of shape. Going to be very interesting to learn what is in play here.

Nasdaq basically wants them to dilute at lower share price.

It seems as if they are still moving forward to provide NASDAQ with everything required. It is a little vague in that it states that they may or may not get relisted which is a little concerning. I do not know why they would need to raise money as it stated in one of the statements. They are fully liquid. Anyway, let's hope this gets back on Nasdaq for our sake
