HyPower (PINK SHEETS: HYPF) hereby reports that it has accepted an invitation for a site visit to the second Target Companies (TC's) engineering consulting firm to perform due diligence prior to signing the Definitive Agreement. Mr. Douglas Bender, CEO of HyPower, was ecstatic in his praise of the TC's technology "Currently we are in a stand-still phase while due diligence is progressing, but with each day new markets and opportunities for this Game Changer technology become more apparent and real.
