HyPower hereby provides an update into the status of its negotiations to acquire two companies. Mr. Douglas Bender, CEO of HyPower, commented that "we have met with the principals of both companies recently and are encouraged by their forward progress. TC1 is a category leading company with over 30 years of experience in the green deconstruction-recycling industry and has been involved in such projects across North America and internationally."

Mr. Bender went on further to comment on TC2 by saying that "while development of TC2's technology has taken longer than expected it's overall benefits will dramatically change the air power industry that has not seen a leap forward like this for over 50 years.
