February marks possibly the 5th month of the audit which usually takes 6 months to complete, yet sometimes longer.
Alan Chow has stated this auditor is meticulous in his work & thorough so I believe we may see something soon by April.

It has been a long time with a lot of missed commitments.  While year over year grew, last quarter over quarter, previous year did not.
Shareholders still concerned about preferred shares and Alan never provides clear direction.

All bullshit.  They have been talking audit for 2yrs and nothing.  This group is the worst thing that can happen to a ticker.  These Chinese biz men using American money to grow their Chinese biz. All they do is bleed tickers dry.  Just look at all the tickers they have owned.  IMO

One of the main purposes of the PCAOB will be to provide ICNM greater access to institutional investors for a successful IPO. However, we already have over 8B shares outstanding. How will Alan Chow downsize the number of existing shares prior to the IPO? R/S or buy-backs ??

With the companies & revenue generated how come this ICNM just doesn't move or reflect it in the PPS?

I hope Alan and company silence is because they have been told to be quiet and things are coming. We were told merger and announcements all the way back to Q2 and nothing has happened. It would be nice to see something in 2024 that would move the share price.

Alan Chow is currently expanding the platform infrastructure to reach out to new clients (see current news release). It's not immediately translating to revenue, but it will. Also, the merger/acquisition progress has been moving forward for those Pinky traders who need shorter term gratification.

We will get the unexpected news release in the not-too-distant future that will set the rush for shares in motion. Patience, grasshopper.
