Great ?? and NOBODY as you mentioned has been able to answer this, we may have been waiting on this time on smoke and mirrors without the proper actions taken, which may explain the silence from the company!! If ONLY they would open their mouth and give us an update just to at LEAST say things are moving along and we are just waiting on FINRA, that would go a LONG way, but........they refuse to do it which leaves everyone wondering and speculating......

I know I asked this at an earlier date but no one responded. Is there any way to confirm that they actually have a name change pending with FIRNA? This is what is holding the stock back along with the audit. Does anyone have the knowledge of the system to confirm the name change is actually pending with FIRNA. If not. The only thing you can do is assume it could possibly be a scam. The confirmation of the pending name change kills all that speculation and legitimizes the stock. Does anyone know how to check the FIRNA status?
