IJJ Corporation (Pink Sheets: IJJP) The Board of Directors has
announced today that the company is changing its SIC - Industry
Classification from 7373 - Computer Integrated Systems Design to a
SIC Industry Classification 3990 Miscellaneous Manufacturing
Industries. The official change will better assist IJJ
Corporation’s ability to continue to build a market position. In
addition to the company restructuring its business model,
eventually the change would result in forcing IJJC to become a
Manufacturer as a resolve of the requirements to fabricate and
assemble the Disaster Shelter Management Responder System (DSMRS).
This decision was derived after researching the advantage of being
an Original Equipment Manufacturer versus a System Integrator,
which enhances IJJC's ability to negotiate for supply and demand
for component level acquisitions. Thus, this will potentially
increase our competitive position for lower component acquisition
of equipment in establishing a production line to assemble DSMRS
for potential customized orders. Moreover, this will add additional
value to IJJC’s focus and business development efforts in creating
a more objective branding of the Company. The change will
officially take effect within the next few business days.
"We are excited about this refocusing of our business model,”
stated Clifford Pope, President and CEO of IJJ Corporation. “This
will allow us to implement a very targeted and aggressive effort in
capturing sales revenues by providing a first class solution to the
governmental sector.”
