iFinix Corp (PINKSHEETS: INIX), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, announced today that its subsidiary iFinix Capital is on the threshold of beginning active operations.

Since the formation of iFinix Capital earlier this year the company has been awaiting approval and working diligently to setup important relations within the industry, such as outsourcing back-office operations and clearing services.

iFinix Capital has also been in the process of bringing on in-house personnel in the areas of administration, marketing and sales.

iFinix Capital intends to use a two pronged approach to enter the market place, traditional retail Brokerage Services and equities Day Trading. Senior Vice-President Mr. Stevon Forrester will oversee the area of retail sales, managed accounts, public and private offerings and compliance.
