2) AND he's been COURT ORDERED to now TIER II mediation while VACATING what would normally be TIER I mediation.

This has some consequences and implications.....it typically means the initial "mediation review" and Tier 1 failed...probably due to crap like the fact MATTY BOY is a narcissist POS...maybe they found more RED FLAGS.....usually issues like the domestic violence problems and reality the judge bumped that DV order out to freaking DEC to keep BIG MAGS safe......often a combo plated w/ substance abuse aka alcohol or drugs or both...some sort of bullshit like that....
