We have a similar situation for ITUP although not exactly the same in India. We have been transferring cash from India to the US (and Hong Kong) but it has taken a lot of time and there have been many regulatory struggles.

I have been investing for 20+ years. Full time. Not only that, I have been investing in the China space where there are a lot of irregularities and even frauds. I know what to look for. You don't. So let's take a look at those assets. There is only one important number you have to look at, where the arrow is pointing. Those are the net assets, in 2021. Most of that is a 4.99% stake in some bank (shares) in India.

The DUMBEST way to commit fraud and the FASTEST way to get a ticket straight to jail, is by filing financials with the SEC and claim a whole bunch of assets that you do not have..... I think I have seen only one person so far (from Nigeria) who was THAT stupid. And Laxmi filed it voluntarily, which would make him 5x more stupid than the person in Nigeria. Not only that, but he would throw his children under a bus as well in the process.

MyCow is paying the cash grant(s). Where do you think that money is coming from? Exactly, from ITUP. And although some ITUP shareholders subscribed for Mycow tokens at $0.01, effectively getting their reward, there are quite a few who didn't. Laxmi told me that those who didn't subscribe will get a utility token by february. Makes sense I suppose. Because they are still entitled to some form of compensation if money is flowing from ITUP to MyCow. Right? Don't take my word for it. But then again, nothing I say is official. Interesting nonetheless for those ITUP shareholders who didn't subscribe for MyCow tokens...

We are all mentally exhausted and frustrated. I'm ok though because I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. And it's a very bright light. I think the same applies to Laxmi who can see more than the average employee.

And we don't need a miracle. We will get there. I also noticed that the company has reserved a significant number of tokens for Indian personnel in the latest equity structure overview. I'm not sure what it is being used for, but there could be a nice reward down the road, for some. For those who stay, I suppose. They have always been generous when giving away tokens.

Despite repeated promises and commitments from our society called CEO Laxmi Prasad Palaypu regarding staff payments, we have seen a consistent pattern of failure to meet those commitments. Unfortunately, this is not a new update but rather a continuation of a troubling trend.

Here is a breakdown of the most recent payout promises and failures:

1. 5th December 2024: The CEO committed to paying the first installment of 1 month salary for staff in both the US and India, but this payment was not made.

2. 10th December 2024: The second payout was promised, yet this too was not fulfilled for 1 and half month payout. As expected, since the first payment was not cleared, the second payment was also missed.

3. 20th December 2024: The CEO made a third commitment to pay 2 months but once again, this payment was not made.

This is part of a larger pattern that has been going on for more than a year, where promises are made but never kept. Each time a new payout date is set, it becomes yet another empty promise, only to be replaced by a new date that also goes unmet. Now, there is an additional promise of a payout on 30th December 2024. However, given the backlog of payments (5+3 months, totaling 8-9 months of unpaid dues), it is highly unlikely that this payment will be made either. The individual who has not been able to pay even one month’s dues to the staff in the US and India is not in a position to clear such a massive backlog.

This pattern of empty promises and failed payments has become clear to all of us by now. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to see our hard work go unrecognized, especially when we are continually given hope through false commitments. At this point, it is crucial for everyone to understand the reality of the situation. We cannot rely on these promises any longer.

Laxmi after patiently waiting for almost a month since November I have been following up on the outstanding payment since December 6th, and I’ve sent multiple emails on December 6th, 7th, and 11th. Despite reading my emails, you have chosen to ignore my attempts to resolve this issue. This lack of response is disappointing and reflects poorly on your commitment to fulfilling the promises made. As a result of your continuous failure to make the payment, I feel compelled to escalate this matter publicly through social media and investor platforms, as it is clear my attempts to resolve this privately have been ignored. I want to stress that I have many more concerns to raise, but until the payment is made, I will not hesitate to take further action.

I don't think they have material info to put out to the public at this stage. But the silence is getting to most of us. I can share what I know.

- they are expecting a $500k wire into the US any day now, from which one month wages will be paid.
- planning to travel to Hong Kong on saturday
- solved some near term financial issues. But not enough to pay employees or dividends.
- making some sales, further improving cash flow
- working on the equity structure for all verticals. There should be an update on that soon, and the reasons for it.

It's not looking so bad. But we have to wait and see what happens next.

As for questions, I really don't know what to ask at this point. There are so many reasons and explanations for the delays, I honestly lose track. I simply expect updates to stakeholders (an operations norm).

The quote in my previous post is from a notice provided by the company. I shouldn't have to seek info in a vacuum. Every stakeholder should receive the same update, not one-off communications that can become misconstrued and shared to the point that the story and/or message becomes totally different than intended.

I understand that delays happen, but waiting for 10 months for a payment is completely unacceptable. A delay of a week or even two weeks is understandable, but this prolonged delay is beyond reasonable. Many of us have our own responsibilities and goals to focus on, and it’s important that we prioritize our own work rather than getting caught up in distractions.

If you have any personal issues with employees in India, that’s your concern, but please do not interfere with my work. I expect maturity in handling such matters, and I would appreciate it if you could focus on resolving your own responsibilities. In an email sent in first week of November, he explicitly stated that he would clear my outstanding balance of ?2 lakhs on the coming Tuesday this was on 12th November. He assured me that he would not seek any further extensions and that I would receive the credit in my account before the due date.
